I never complain or make a problem in a restaurant, but not this time. The food was good but if you don’t have a good customer service it’s not worth it. Our waitress had a really bad attitude, we noticed since we arrived. It’s sad because you are in a great mood and then she comes with her bad vibes. Well we noticed how she was acting but the worst part was when we found this fly in the soda. We told her and she said “oh, probably the fly fell on the soda here on your table because the soda comes from a machine so I can’t control that.” It’s not what she said it’s how she said it. Not even an apology, she made us feel like we did it on purpose to not pay the bill. At the end, I couldn’t go without tell what happened to her manager but he didn’t do anything. It’s disappointing because it’s a expensive place and she couldn’t even give us water, they sell it to you, $2.50 a bottle. I repeat the food is very good so probably I will come back but I don’t want Esmeralda as my waitress.

I was looking at reviews and was iffy but we went to try it. Foods was great and we were happy with the drinks. We are definitely going back soon. They had kids meals aswell for my nephew he enjoyed the guacamole too.

The ambiance of this restaurant is great for a night out with family and friends however the food was not tasty and the price was high. 1 michelada is $20 and the food lacked flavor sadly even the chips and salsa were not good. Another downside is that parking is valet only unless you choose street parking of course but the area doesnt have much street parking.

The food was good but everything was over priced. Mandatory Valet parking was $7 there is street parking but it is really limited. They charge for water, they only have bottled water. No tap water available so you are pretty much forced to order a drink. We asked for horchata lite ice and the eaiter purposely filled it with ice. When we complained she rolled her eyes and said she would bring more horchata but never did. Overall i would not return to this place it was more than $200 for 3 people and that was with no alcoholic beverages.

Much different than the other culichi locations. They are going for a “Mama por Dios vibe” which we all know culichi town is not. They definitely added the upscale pricing, no self park available charged $7 for valet although I parked the car myself. Did not have free water available charged for a bottle. I asked for chips and salsa they brought guacamole I didn’t order to add it to the bill. The food was good overall but would probably visit another location the next time I’m craving it.

Food is Good And delicious. Would give them 5 stars but to bad on culichi that removed a few Items on their menu . Michelada regular/ VIP. Guerrero roll sushi , Etc.. very very bad…..Plus Music Is to loud and can’t even have a conversation. Food is also over priced . Sushi was dry, no type of sauce provided . I do come here once in a blue moon tho.
