The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from an authentic Cuban restaurant, very chill and welcoming, and the vibe is very inviting.
The staff was over the top when it came to service made you feel so very welcome…we will be back again.
The food and drinks are unique, and the menu is easy to navigate. They serve delicious, healthy, and customizable dishes that are authentic cuisine you can’t find on every street corner. I highly recommend it!
The empanadas were a standout, with their perfectly flaky, buttery dough encasing a flavorful filling that had us craving more. The pulled pork was tender and savory, paired beautifully with the seasoned beans, fluffy rice, and sweet, caramelized plantains—a comforting and satisfying plate. The Cuban sandwich was another favorite, packed with flavor and just the right balance of textures.
But what truly elevated everything was the homemade sauce. It added a unique, mouthwatering kick to every bite and tied all the dishes together. We were planning to buy a bottle to take home, but in an incredibly generous gesture, he gave it to us for free—just one example of the warmth and hospitality that made the experience unforgettable.

The empanada with beef were flaky and delicious. The mango habanero house made salsa was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Ropa vieja was tasty, maro rice, definitely order some fried plantains, perfectly crispy and sweet inside. Cubano sandwich was a favorite.
Definitely give this Cuban gem a try of you’re in Bend.
