Im surprised by the number of negative reviews. Ive eaten at Crystal Jade so many times and the food is always amazing. Very low prices for what they serve, in my opinion they have the best chicken wings for local takeout. You can get a ton of food for well under $30. Food is always hot, never had an issue with quality. Ive only done carry out but never had an issue with service in that regard.

I would give it no stars if possible. We ordered off of grubhub – it said the store itself was delivering the food. Cool. We waited about 30 minutes after the delivery time passed and called the store to check in. The girl that picked up was super rude and dismissive but said they would have it out soon since they were busy. Another 45 minutes goes by and we still hadn’t recieved the food, so we called again. she said another 10 minutes. Luckily, we then got a notification that the food had been delivered. Unluckily, they messed up the order. When we then called about that, they were super rude and basically told us to just eat it. Eventually they offered redelivery (45+ minutes) or store credit (no.). We decided to just have them redeliver it. Then the worst part of all: we ate the food. I have never been so disappointed by Chinese food in my whole life. Not only was the order wrong, but the food was DISGUSTING. I don’t know if it was because it took them almost two hours to deliver it, or if that’s just the quality of food they provide, but it was BAD. The cashew chicken was mainly celery, and the small portion of chicken I did get was rubbery and frankly nauseating. We never received our order of lemon chicken, maybe that’s better. The peppered steak we got instead of the chicken was not good either. The rice was basically a ball of glue. Genuinely probably could’ve built a house out of it it was so cemented together. After eating this we called again and told them to just cancel the lemon chicken as we didn’t want to wait another hour for bad food. At this point someone got on the phone and started yelling at my roommate for trying to cancel the order. Overall just an insane experience. If it makes it more clear how bad the food is, our 18 pound cat (who eats ANYTHING) smelled it and turned away.

This use to be my go to spot about 6 years ago. The food quality has taken a massive plummet. Bummer. The fried rice was mushy and clumpy with rotisserie chicken… I threw my combo away 1/4 way through, sesame chicken sauce was way too thick, grossed me out.

Ordered orange chicken w fried rice, 3 egg rolls, and wonton soup (total $31). The chicken was spicy and delicious, the soup hit the spot! Would recommend to a friend. Extra points for the sweet kid working the counter.

I ordered the General Tsos chicken and the egg drop soup and I have to say this is some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I thought I might be able to eat the white rice that came with it and I was wrong. It looked like a couple of mice fece pellets on top as soon as I opened the box.

Place was really dirty. There was even a wasp inside the restaurant at the window I sat at. A lot of spider webs too. I think there were only 4 tables but only 2 were usable for dine in on one side of the restaurant. The other 2 on the other side had a lot of boxes and stuff on top of them. The pad thai did not even taste like pad thai. It only tasted like milk. The pad thai was okay. The gyoza was different, but okay also. I’m not used to seeing corn in gyozas.

My go to Chinese food take out. Food is always great. Usually pick it up on the way home from work. They also do delivery, which is nice, but the food is so good, I would drive out of my way to get it.

Its a no for mr my milk tea was hot not cold i order a fried rice pineapple bowl I get a plate with a few pineapples not like on the picture and I’m at work and it was just so nasty as dry. It doesn’t have flavor.

I got the Chicken with garlic sauce and it was 75% greenbeans and 25 % meat with no other ingredients other than the sauce was pretty mediocre dish. for 24 dollars after tax that included 1 appetizer.
