Wow! I stayed at nearby hotel and saw the ratings so I figured I should try this place…it did not disappoint. Really cool bar, almost seemed like two different locations, one room u order food and/or pick it up, second room is for eating or the hipster bar. Awesome bar side for sure. If I wasn’t still working, I’d have been pulled into the bar by the gods for sure- just felt like that kind of place. Food was amazing, I had falafel based on reviews, it was a meal itself. But then the employee found out I was a 1st timer and he totally sold me on the negotiator. Funny thing, the two customers waiting for their food both also told me to get it! The employee making the food and the lady at bar were super cool and nice, heck, even the customers were cool! Food was really good, I mean amazing, if I had one little tiny feedback- I’d suggest more meat on the bread. I’m the guy willing to spend another buck or two on more meat, but different strokes I guess. Anyway, don’t miss this place!

If rude is what you want for sit down…we sat down at the bar and weren’t acknowledged- a menu was placed in front…no hi, no can I get you a drink, nothing.
Opted for take out – they weren’t very friendly either. The bread was great. Not a very generous portion for the money, though. Prime rib was very well done. I wouldn’t go back.

The Infamous bowl (+falafel) was amazing! Super crispy chicken and falafel. Flavorful mashed potatoes and an incredible gravy. So happy I happened to pick this place when driving thru Rome, NY. I’ll be back next time i’m in the area for sure.

Stopped in for lunch while traveling and had a great meal! We had a hard time selecting what to eat because so many things looked great. We ordered the poutine and the French dip (they name their dishes uniquely, but essentially that’s what we ordered). Food arrived very quickly and I didn’t get a chance to take pics before we ate. The portions were great. Plenty to split both items between two of us.

I ordered a sandwich today and paid extra to sub out gluten free options. The guy working the register was great at taking the time to ensure everything in the order was gluten free.
Unfortunately, when the sandwich was made the woman making it went from touching the gluten free bread to handling the regular flour coated ciabattas and immediately back to handling the gluten free bread. No glove swap, no second guessing…just cross contaminated the loaf without even caring. When I got handed the sandwich to go I was already mentally defeated from watching her carelessly contaminate my food and needed to get back to work, so I just took it and left. Ended up throwing out the entire sandwich as no one else wanted a gluten free roll in the office.
Sure, the staff might have been busy with numerous orders, but the bare minimum from anyone working in food preparation should be a basic understanding of allergies/restrictions.
So, essentially, I paid extra ($26) for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat. That’s not right. Do better.

First time ever stopping here, got the “4am in Buffalo” sandwich and boy will I tell you that was delicious! The homemade potato chips are also great. As a bus driver we try to find different areas to go, had the kids at RFA for a swim meet.. will definitely be stopping back in the near future

This place is definitely Customer Friendly, Good Vibes from the time I walked in to the time I left, Shout-out to Micheal for having amazing customer service skills, a very nice personality and him helping me with my dietary restrictions, he was very patient with me, and he went thru all possible food choices to fit my dietary needs,, BTW the rice bowl is received was delicious but its always the Customer Service that’ll keep people coming back and this place offers just that. GOD Bless you Micheal and thee Entire staff ❤️

Had to go to Rome today, so we decided to go to Crust.
As we entered, the server came right over and seated us, bringing menus. Within minutes, we ordered two sandwiches. A greatful surprise, the sandwiches came out so quick. We ordered the Norma Q and the Negotiator. Both are very well packed. Both come with chips and a pickle.
It’s definitely a must stop again. Very pleased!!
