I decided to pop into the new Crumbl Cookies location in Sioux City and had heard mixed reviews about their cookies. Some horror stories and some rave about how good they are. They are a bit om the pricey side but I fully belive they are well worth it! The portions sizes are very large (hand for comparision) with each cookie being freshly baked and warm upon receiving them. I’m excited to watch out for new flavors each week. BEST COOKIES IN TOWN! I love them so much, it can be a little expensive but the size and the taste makes up for the price! I’m editing my post because I thought there was a response to my comment, although generic, that asked how to fix the problem. I hate when they ask how can we fix it, how about free cookies for a year ?!?! What’s your policy? I live in Arizona and order these cookies for my niece in Sioux City. After talking to a person at my local Crumbl I found there is a count down system in place, and I understand if you are busy that you could forget to check it. She also said I should be entitled to a free cookie. So what I would like is that this matter be addressed as the worker made a mistake (mistakes happen), an apology and my niece gets a free cookie. Come on Crumbl management step up and do the right thing.

Stopped by to check out the new shop during their soft opening and the staff was amazing! Everyone was excited and quickly took care of my order. I adopted to order via the kiosk inside and it was super easy to use. The order was quickly prepared and presented in a cute pink box. The cookies and shop look great. The cookies tasted fantastic! They are big so keep that in mind when ordering. Bonus…they sell ice cream too! Looking forward to checking out more of their weekly flavors.

First time going here and I was floored! First step in and you get smacked in the face with the most wonderful smell, the fresh baked cookie aroma is mouthwatering. The building is clean and completely open so you can see the cookies being prepared. I ordered, and had my cookies within minutes.
