First, the cookies are outstanding, but the service needs lots of improvement. We ordered online and received notice that our order was READY. So far, so good. However, when I arrived to pick up the order I saw six employees standing in the front talking while two other employees were busting their butts working. One of the employees actually working asked my name and I told her I was there to pick up my order. I had to wait while three or four other orders were prepared and delivered before my order was prepared. I felt like Jerry Seinfeld when he made reservations for a rental car that wasn’t there when he arrived. They know how to take the online order, but they don’t know how to have it ready when you get there. Plus, we ordered a cookie cutter. It wasn’t included and I had to remind the lady. I don’t hold that against her because she was one of the few actually working.

Ordered online 20 minutes before arrival. Arrived at the store to pick up. Employees filled all walk in orders before the online and ran out of cookies. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 before ordering and the 15 standing in store before my order was filled. Cookies were fresh and phenomenal but what was the point of ordering online if I was going to have to wait anyway? Fill online when it comes in and make your in-store customers wait instead of the other way around. Will be going to a different location.

Every cookie I have had has been tasty! Some are more delicious than others, but a good variety of flavors! Wish they didn’t keep the pink sugar cookie each week, because I like trying different flavors, and I wish they made the “catering only” sized cookies available because I would buy more, more often!

My kiddo wanted to get Crumbl cookies instead of a cake for her birthday. She was so excited because they looked so good. We got them home and no one was crazy about them. I tried the lemon bar and it literally tasted like a biscuit with lemon creme on top. I packed up the rest that was left today (chocolate chip, carrot cake, and lemon) and sent them to school with my daughter to give away before they ruined. About $40+ worth of cookies = a lot of disappointment. Anyone who is thinking of trying Crumbl, go get the big cookies from Walmart, or a grocery store bakery and you’ll be set with a better option for a fraction of the price.
