I have supported this business for many years, purchasing for lunch, dinner & often buying several buckets of chicken to bring to potlucks. I recommended them to family, friends & colleagues. I recently went in and ordered three pieces of chicken (thighs only) which I have done before. The posted price is $5.50 but I was charged $7.50 with the guy saying “three thighs, mixed chicken $5.50”. As I began to say, I’ve ordered this many times and was never charged more than the posted price, He dismissively turned away and said “next customer”. I won’t return nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I will certainly share about the poor customer service experience though.

I am only giving atmosphere a 3 because I have never been there, I used door dash. I have no idea what drew me to this place, I thought it was a KFC knock off just looking at the name. Obviously not.
I took a bite and nearly passed out. That was delicious. Everything was cooked incredibly well. No singular ingredient in the dish is trying to “do too much” or carry the flavor, it all just works so well together.
I am from upstate, down here on business, I ordered here two nights in a row and am getting some chicken and rice on my way home tomorrow. No regrats.

When we called the restaurant, the person who answered said, “Not my problem”, and then, “It happens.” Really?? Then he said we can get help when we order again. Yeah, no thanks.
