Great sushi, definitely up there with some of the more expensive sushi spots in Knoxville. Very friendly staff and speedy service.

This place is AWESOME!! We tried for 1st time, not ever been in Clinton before. We will DEFINITELY come back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sushi was amazing and the hibachi was good too. If you like tuna, highly recommend the tuna dumpling…we ordered 1 and it was good ordered another. Service was excellent! Very friendly. The bathroom was so clean and that is very important to me! Hands down 10 stars!!!

I had read such great reviews. We do not live that far away and I was so excited to have Hibachi so close… The portion sizes were great. The spring rolls were great. And the few bites of the Hibachi I ate was great. However, the shrimp sauce that I received was rancid. I didn’t realize until I took my first bite after pouring the sauce on all the food. It literally tasted like rotten food smells. I just threw it all away. We also order a small house salad and the salad dressing was the same way. So I’m thinking that maybe they had a fridge go down and didn’t realize it or something. Regardless, we won’t go back. I’ve read great reviews so maybe try it!! Just watch out for anything that needs to be refrigerated.

Great New Place!
We drove by this Chinese / Asian restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were happy to find that the dinning room was clean and neatly decorated. After entering you are escorted past the sushi bar to the dining room. We ordered the Crab Rangoon appetizer and a Philly Roll. Both were great! The sushi was fresh and tasted great. For dinner we ordered Sweet&Sour Chicken, Shrimp Lo-Mein, Gen.Tao Chicken, and Chicken W/basil. Everyone liked their meal. The food was as good as it appears in the photos. The veggies were fresh and the meat was perfectly cooked. The shrimp were juicy and delicious. The tableware is large and compliments the entree’ well. We enjoyed our meal. I’m glad we didn’t leave after pulling into the parking lot. You can’t really see inside and don’t know what to expect. It’s too bad the blinds weren’t opened so people could see in from outside. The service was quick and friendly. However, I must say that three children (obviously belonging to the employee/owner) were running loose in the dinning room. They were distracting and were noticed by other customers as well. It does detract from all the noticeable effort put into this place. Fuji seems to have the makings of a classy new experience. The food is good, restaurant is clean, and menu is attractive. It’s the little things that will determine if this place become the “Chef Ben” of Clinton or just another Chinese dive.

We went to this place from Oak Ridge, because the place we like in Oak Ridge is not open on Sundays. I looked ahead of time at all the great reviews and figured I would give it a shot. The menu online is easy to access and clear in pricing. We ordered hibachi and a bento box. The soup had no flavor, overall all the food was lacking flavor. For two entrees, we only received one portion of rice. My entree was to come with meat and vegetables, there were no vegetables. The bento box comes with sushi, that I did not receive. The one positive thing I have to say is the dumplings were good. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. The portion size was small and there were multiple items missing from my order.

Great food, fresh sushi. Bento box is a great deal. Great, friendly service. Locally owned. If you like really good Chinese food made fresh and/ or sushi this is the place. In my opinion it’s the best Chinese in Anderson county.

I really want to leave a good review. The food was good. But man…tonight there were kids there who belonged to an employee(s), running around playing. One of the kids kept walking around us, coughing and sneezing open-mouthed, sometimes even pausing next to us to do so. Never once did anyone redirect him. There was simply no regard for us. We are so disgusted and disappointed, and I don’t think we will ever be back.

Fuji is a fantastic place to stop by for lunch- prices are more than reasonable and the portions are large. However, I did not enjoy the teriyaki chicken at all. The chicken seemed frozen, and the shrimp sauce tasted weird. Other than that, the Chinese food is good for the area.

First, and last, visit today. Ordered take out General Tso’s with a side of lo mein. The chicken was so dry and tough you couldn’t chew it. The sauce had zero flavor (not sweet, not spicy, just ick). The lo mein had seemingly just been heated. No seasoning whatsoever. The broccoli even tasted old and stale. My son goes there for sushi, so I assumed their other options would be good as well. Apparently not. I really hate to leave a bad review, but it is really saying something for me to say this was the worst Asian food (or, any type food, really) I’ve ever had…as I’ve traveled extensively and have been both amazed and disappointed several times with dining experiences. I will drive the extra few miles to New China Palace in Oak Ridge for take out (best Chinese restaurant in the area, that I’ve found) or visit China Inn in Clinton if in the mood for a buffet. I’m confused by the rave reviews (must be for the sushi) because the food I purchased was inedible. Also, even though they’re open for dine in, when I walked in to place my order and paid, instead of being allowed to wait inside, I was instructed to return to my car to wait the 15 minutes for prep so not very friendly either.

The food was okay, but i don’t like burnt egg rolls. Also the smell of the fish in there is a big turn off. If you order from there get in to go. You can eat in there because of the smell
