Update: 10-24-25.
I have been here a bunch of times and usually they make a good pizza. Well then we had this happen today10-23-35 @ 3:08 PM my order was placed. The guy on the phone clearly doesn’t like his job or take it to seriously. Very short and rude didn’t even say goodbye. I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni and onion pizza. I get it home and well I’ll let you decide if it was burnt or not. It was burnt if you ask me.
Update here. Whiten two hours of me posting this review said employee called me back and apologized for his rudeness and burnt pizza.(everyone has an off night). He offered a free large replacement pizza at no charge to me. This is what I love about small business and try to support them as much as possible. They will go beyond to make things right as they should. I will definitely change my 3 star review and update a second time once I receive my replacement pizza and am happy with it.

I just have to say, Talon Zindars made my wrap and it was hands down the BEST wrap I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, perfectly put together, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s making. Seriously top-tier service and quality. The boss needs to give this man a raise ASAP because that kind of skill and effort deserves recognition!

Wowww am I impressed with this place. Owners are awesome humans and very nice people. I walk into the door and all the employees made sure I was getting taken care of. I came back on Sunday and there was a very nice gentleman named Logan who greeted me, He sliced up all my ham perfectly, got my rolls for me, and grabbed all my donuts and rung me up on the register. And I am a bit older so I do use a walking cane and Logan recognized that and carried my food out to my car for me and said “hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.” Very very nice young man. If you ever got a taste for some pizza or hot ham and rolls will 110% recommend. I have also gotten a delivery and they have always been on time and the pizza is still steaming when coming out of the pizza bag. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

A year ago, we ordered pizza from here and it was cold pizza and the sauce had changed so much that we didn’t enjoy it whatsoever. We also all ordered subs and they were not even baked and disgusting. Tonight, I ordered from Kyle who is one of the new owners, and him and his wife are changED things for the BEST. Kyle showed up to our door tonight and he appreciated the feedback and also Hooked us up with some amazing pizza!!! We will definitely be back to ordering on a regular basis from them! Thank you for getting back to the Crossroads we used to love, but Better!

As an experienced fast food pizza maker myself, Im familiar with the health codes and food handling procedures. Today, what I observed made me realize I wont be comfortable ordering Crossroads pizza. This was around 10:45 am.
A) Tall guy picked something off the floor, went over to look at the pizza order and pulled out the dough. No washing hands or gloves. B) Cashier wore gloves and handling food orders at the same time. Gloves are now contaminated. Why not just stay at the register and have a “runner” assemble orders with gloves on. Handwashing and gloves are a must.
Restructure the organization of operations and maybe hire extra staff for the 10 am – 1 pm shift. Give customers who are waiting for their order an order nbr or have them give their names to cashier. Encourage phone customers to order online/prepay their meals. This will be much more efficient. Like I said, Im not ordering pizza or getting ham till food handling changes.

Ive dined in and have taken out. Love going here for lunch, they always have roughly 2-4 varieties of pizza by the slice ready to go. One piece is plenty, and is very affordable. Small local business where the owner is always there working. Will absolutely be back

Initially, Crossroads in Big Bend delivered delicious pizza and tonight, it was like a piece of cardboard. On top of that is a 3% fee to use a credit card plus a delivery fee even though we only live 3 miles from the restaurant. Very disappointing as I was pulling for their success.

Pizza ok…nothing special. Sausage is too sweet for my taste. Mushrooms were few, hand tossed crust too chewy. Sauce was nothing special. Price was not cheap. They charge 3% extra for credit card use. Location is take out only.
