Every time I fly I stop here for a quick drink before I board my flight. I’ve never had Tim be my bartender and today unfortunately I had the Tim experience. Once you sit down forget getting acknowledge think of yourself as if you’re nonexistent. Then I guess Tim is the big boss because when I asked for a whiskey is ginger ale double tall please. Without missing a beat I was asked for my ID which is understandable but then Tim became TSA and asked me to remove my glasses to verify my who I was. After second security check at the bar I was able to tell him I wanted a whiskey double tall house whiskey is fine. Well to my surprise they switch the house whiskey to knob creek!! Tim you’re a overachiever that I will definitely never be a GUEST here! Guest it kinda means something in the hospitality industry

This place gets crowded depending on the in and outs of flights. It is first come first served. The menu is limited, but we enjoyed our food nonetheless. The service was quick once you get the attention of the server. The grilled cheese was OK and the soup was too cheesy… I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and the fried chicken burger.

I sat at a table for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. Waiter walked past me multiple times and didn’t even bother to say I’ll be with you shortly.. NOTHING! It was 10 to 1030 am , busy but not busting at the seams .with that kind of service, does it matter if the food is good. This is in an airport .. generally people may not have hours to grab Something to eat.

Hey its an airport restaurant… 630am waiting for our flight stopped to grab some breakfast. Got the Canberra Breakfast sandwich. Pretty good, you know again airport food. The diced potatoes were awesome though! 2 bartenders working, place got busier as we sat. They were both frieny and talkative. We sat where they made the drinks and my wife is very inquisitive, they played along and answered all her questions on making the drinks. Decent sized bar and a number of tables to sit. They did have outlets at the bar which was pretty nice. Good place to hang, grab a bite and drink waiting for your flight ✈️.

We had a delayed flight and I was forced to get drunk in an airport terminal. Not happy about the situation but thanks to the bar tender Val, my 3 hour layover was nothing shy of amazing! Great service, atmosphere, and conversation. Nothing like being served by a Yankee in a southern state. Made me feel right at home!!

The airport was deserted when we arrived. Our service was fast (but we were the only customers). It didn’t take terribly long for our food to arrive. We got the nachos and a grilled chicken sandwich. The food tasted great!

We were served by Katie and she is an absolute gem! Was very busy during the time we ate at Cross Grain, but she made us feel important. She got our food so quickly, clarified our order to make sure she put it in correctly, and got us extra dressings. She was a delight right before our flight!

Katie was our server and was fantastic. The airport was packed, but she powered through and offered wonderful service. Mozz sticks were fresh and hot and the beer was cold and served quickly. Definitely worth a drop in before your flight. Thanks Katie for the exceptional service!

Terrible customer service. Double charged for drink – tried to request a refund, said couldn’t find manager so would have to put me another drink. I required a manager to appear to provide refund – server ‘I’m really busy and over stimulated, it will be a while before I can go find manager.’ Finally supervised appeared and took another 10 min to get refund. Server is in the wrong industry. Overall experience a sad reflection of Richmond hospitality. Do yourself a favor – skip the drama at this restaurant.
