We stopped here for lunch while we were getting gas on a long road trip. Got the chicken strips, fries and a biscuit. I wouldn’t call this “fast food” I would call it a hole in the gas station wall decent place to get take out. If your not in a hurry your chicken is cooked to order so it is piping hot and fresh when it arrives. The fries were homemade steak fries and very good. The chicken was good too. They have some sauces that you can choose from but you serve yourself. My husband liked the biscuit as well. I got them to squirt it with honey! They were also busy with locals and I think they do a good business.

Ordered $65 worth of food for my family. I researched online before going and the Krispy krunchy menu is still linked to their website and so is the building picture. I sent my husband to go get 2 family orders of the Cajun chicken tender deal. FRAUD. The food tasted like old grease, so much so that we couldn’t eat it. I called and offered to bring it back up last night for a refund and was told to hold onto it until this morning cause the cook would throw it away and only Mr. Jamal could give me a refund. I threw it away cause it made my house smell like an old fryer that hasn’t been cleaned. DISGUSTING. False advertisement. You changed your name a year ago from what I was told. Why have you not updated your Google search and website associated with you? I am reporting to Krispy Krunchy corporate since I had to waste my money on nonsense due to false advertisement. I’ll also be disputing this with my bank with proof they are falsely advertising. I recommend you stay away from here. I worker at Krispy crunchy chicken and the only legit one in Tallahassee is off spring hill rd past the airport in the gas station. Go there instead if you want the real deal.

Went here 20 minutes ago very friendly guy. I get home and the breast was so fn juicy. Biscuit was delicious. I’ve been to many of these restaurants around the country and this one deserved 5 stars. This one was the best one I have ever been to.

Get the chicken tender sub and ask for the special sauce to be added. Plus get a side of special sauce as well. You’ll thank me later. And it’s only $4 for the sub…. Great people work there as well.

Walked in 8:45, waited in line 15 minutes to be told the friers are off and that they aren’t making food. Yet I saw fresh fried chicken and fries brought out 5 minutes prior. I used to brag how awesome this ace was, definitely getting on social media to change my tune.

New location on North Monroe. Very limited parking. Subway next door placed a “Subway Parking Only” sign on the spaces in front of their store (unenforceable by the way). Over a dozen people waiting inside with only a few pieces in the warmer and the sole clerk telling people that more will be coming up sometime. Only one cook in back. Seemed to be poor planning and lack of anticipation concerning the amount of chicken onhand. I will try again later. If the same problems persist, I will not bother with the North Monroe St. location ever. Sadly it’s the closest to me. The next closest (Bannerman Road location), for whatever reason, doesn’t serve chicken on weekends.
