Came to this spot by accident when I forgot my purse at a nearby winery. The bistro across the street wasnt opened so we stopped for a cup of tea and a scone. Once we stepped inside I loved it. I’m a tea lover who searches out unique tea shops and this is one. So we decided to have lunch and it was very good, as well as the seasonal teas. We will come back for sure. The owner was our waiter who was very personable. The entire tea room was quaint and comfortable. We didn’t feel rushed even tho it was full with tea totalers. I just loved it

We decided to give this little tea room a try for a Sunday afternoon outing. Pleasantly surprised does not do it justice. All the teas were fantastic and the atmosphere matched it. The staff were great and the whole experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back. All the flavors for Christmas tea special were perfectly balanced and not overwhelming. Leading to such a delightful food experience to accompany the fantastic tea. Highly recommended.

Crest Hill Tea is my favorite local tea house and I make it my business to try them all! This quaint little spot offers a wide variety of teas, all made locally and brewed from loose leaves (no tea bags here). The food is yummy and the perfect complement for hot tea. Their homemade scones (the owners change it up seasonally with lots of flavors), soups, and sandwiches are all delicious, but do yourself a favor and try the chicken curry on a croissant. The owners are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a relaxing afternoon with great tea and tasty food, you won’t be disappointed with Crest Hill.

We come to this wonderful local tea house regularly and love it!! They offer both a delicious tea and food menu, and we love trying their seasonal offerings! It’s cozy and charming, and the owners and staff are great. Support small business and visit them! You won’t regret it.

I understood the sandwhich sampler would be small, so I ordered a full sized house salad to go with it. I was very surprised to find a meager iceberg lettuce salad that barely fills a small cereal bowl. I was also told the salad would come with fresh strawberries (which it did not). I posted pictures. You tell me if this looks like a full-sized salad. It doesn’t even cover the bottom of the box. A side salad must be two pieces of lettuce?

The dressing was good. The sandwiches tasted good too.

This tea shop was recommended to me in a Facebook group and I’m glad I went!

Atmosphere: this tea shop is nestled away in a cute quaint little town. The shop is smaller, with about 8 tables of various sizes to sit customers. During the holidays it is decorated with Christmas decor and other decor on the walls. It gives a very “home like” vibe. They do recommend reservations due to space but are glad to take walk ins.

Service: we were served by a very kind gentleman who explained the menu to us and was very attentive. He was friendly and knowledgeable about tea selections and gave us great recommendations. We decided on the Christmas menu

Food: The Christmas menu was delightful! The bones were my absolute FAVORITE. My son and I tried one of each scone from the Christmas menu and loved both. The sandwiches were also amazing. We had 4 different types and the ham and Brie with cranberry chutney was a winner in my book. The tea was great with hints of flavors that didn’t overpower.
I highly recommend this tea shop

We came here for the Royal Tea Experience for my sister’s birthday. The service was excellent! One of the owners, Laura, was waiting tables and seated us! She explained our different choices, we were able to view and smell all the many different teas! We were given several choices of scones – which were made fresh and
served warm! They were absolutely delicious and flavorful! The curried chicken was the biggest surprise! It was so very good – as were all of them, this was my favorite! The wine selection was plentiful and the one we chose was a top brand and delicious! Overall, the experience was even more special than I expected! Kudos and many thanks to Laura and her staff!!

Best high tea I’ve ever had. I ordered the Full Monty, each sandwich was so delicious. The peach and cinnamon scone – scrumptious! The Rooibos tea was so fragrant and refreshing. Lovely atmosphere! Will definitely go back!

A cross between a tradition British tea room (with the eclectic furnishings and intentionally mismatched place settings) and a country cafe. The Crest Hill Tea Room offers a variety of dining options including a monthly themed tea, a proper High Tea with soup or salad and other more filling dishes, a Traditional Afternoon Tea and a Cream Tea. For those who don’t want tea there are sandwiches, salads and soup options, plus children’s menu options.
We opted for the Cream Tea for 2, which was plenty of food for a light lunch for 2 people and is served up with bottomless tea. There are so many tea options I can’t remember them all! You also have a choice of scone, so we tried the blueberry white chocolate scone and the Irish cream scone. Both were delicious! Airy and tender and served up warm with a side of cream (you also have the option of jam or curd but you must ask for it). There was also a warm apple tart, cream puffs, cheesecake, banana bread with chocolate chips, macarons, cookies and fresh fruit (grapes, blueberries, orange slices). Everything was incredibly tasty.
They were setting up for a large birthday party as we were finishing so servers were distracted. Otherwise, service throughout was very good.
It’s a small place, so I would recommend making reservations in advance on their website (no pre-payment required) to be sure you can get a table.
Parking is on street or there’s a small lot across the street.
