From the moment you walk into Liberty Diner, you realize you’re not just entering an ordinary roadside spot — you’re stepping into something special. The atmosphere has that classic diner charm, but the quality of the food could easily rival a high-end restaurant. Every plate that leaves the kitchen looks like something you’d expect from a five-star establishment, but without the five-star price tag.

Let’s talk about taste. Every dish at Liberty Diner bursts with fresh, rich flavor — the kind that tells you everything is made with real care, not shortcuts. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast skillet, a juicy burger, or a perfectly cooked steak and eggs, the flavor balance is always spot-on. Even the sides, from crispy golden fries to homemade biscuits, taste like they were made from scratch by someone who loves what they do. It’s comfort food elevated — warm, satisfying, and incredibly well seasoned.

Then there are the portions. “Massive” doesn’t even begin to describe them. Each plate comes out piled high with food that would leave most people with leftovers for later. Yet, despite the generous servings, nothing ever feels greasy or overdone — just perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You truly get your money’s worth here, which is rare these days.

The pricing is another thing that sets Liberty Diner apart. For the quality and quantity you get, the prices are more than fair — they’re almost shocking. You could easily pay double or triple at a fancy restaurant and not come close to the same satisfaction. Liberty Diner proves that excellent food doesn’t have to break the bank.

The service ties it all together. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about every guest’s experience. You’re greeted with a smile, your coffee cup never runs empty, and every order comes out just the way you asked for it. They treat you like family, which adds to the charm and keeps people coming back.

In short, Liberty Diner is the perfect blend of quality, quantity, and hospitality. It’s the kind of place that reminds you what great dining is supposed to be — amazing food, fair prices, and people who truly care about their customers. It might look like a small-town diner from the outside, but the taste and experience inside feel every bit like a five-star restaurant.

I’ll absolutely be back — and next time, I’m bringing friends.

Service is hit or miss, depending on a server that’s taking care of you. Food is really good, whatever you order.
Decent prices, however there is a CHECK OUT? fee of $0.99 if you are paying with a card.
Host uninterested,no smile,just bland.

Very good, affordable food. You can get a big plate in addition to soup for around $11. Servers and staff are always so pleasant and sweet. Food is great. They use Cadillac coffee. Definitely recommend coming here. The French onion soup wasn’t the best I’ve had but it had good flavor.

NYC girl here. I ordered lox with creamcheese on a bagel. While this was not an NYC bagel, it was not bad at all. It was also loaded up with lox and capers.
The steak and eggs were good and cooked exactly as ordered.
Our waitress was attentive and service was overall excellent.
There does not seem to be a lot of diners around here, and this place definitely hit the spot and I love the NYC decor.
Will definitely be coming back.

My first visit here was amazing. The portions were large and delicious. The crepes taste like French toast. The soup is great. A plate full of salad. The livers and onions were pretty good too. I most definitely will be back.
