This was my hot wings I ordered! They left out my Mac and cheese! I’m trying to reach them but they never answer. The foreigners that work there are very rude and unpleasant! This is the worse Popeyes yet !! The don’t answer the phone and care about their customers!! I will advise you to NEVER GO HERE!!

Chicken was fried to perfection. Staff was friendly, only problem was it took like 35 maybe 45 minutes for a 20 piece dinner. The food was so hot we actually got to enjoy it when we got home.

Was grabbing a quick bite to eat, didn’t see whole wings on the menu. The attendant was helpful. I receive an 5 piece whole wing meal, the strawberry Fanta was just syrup. I explained the situation at the window he gave me an lemonade which I was happy.

7:10 pulled up to check order since at least five impatient folks in cars cars were behind me. Mac and cheese missing Went around building and no one was at front counter So I said “excuse me” to some one moving around Got their attention and reported 7$ Mac and cheese missing Asked if she needed to see my receipt? Acted surly and disgruntled , responding “ NO YA’ GOT EVERYTHING ELSE? There ya’ go Slid it at me before I could say “ thank you” to her face.

I’m the one who always has to wait for chicken but that’s fine cause it’s fresh and hot. But they seem to always forget I’m in a spot waiting 15 or so minutes. I always have to go in and get my food.

Wow, just like the owner said in his response to my review, they made it right and refunded me for the 2 unauthorized charges. With customer service like that, they won me back and have me as a customer for life.

Avoid Popeyes like the plague!
Yesterday I tried to make a couple orders on the app for this location but each time it would say “uh oh, an unexpected problem occurred.” And it would appear that the orders didn’t go through. So I just made the order in the restaurant.
Well, about an hour later I check my online banking app and see that those 2 orders that didn’t go through earlier magically got approved when I wasn’t aware of it. I tried to call Popeyes corporate but they were no help and neither was their website.
I’m never buying Popeyes again, and if you don’t want to get scammed, you should do the same.

I just had a hankering for some of that Popeyes spice. This may be Kentucky but we know fried chickens come in other flavors. The pieces were small, the dirty rice was dry, but the people in the window they had it going on. They were positive they were nice they were friendly they made a bad experience very nice. We’ll go back because it was still chicken when I needed it and it was still spicy but the people in the window they made all the difference

The food was the only GOOD thing about my 1st time visit. As I walked up to the counter to ask for assistance with the kiosk, an employee quickly walked off. I thought it took me a long time to figure out how to order. But it took me even longer to get it. I wasn’t given a cup for a drink. After I finally got it, the Coke Zero was out. I got diet Coke instead. Another customer waited well into her meal for her drink. She was a regular & had difficulty using a coupon from the app. EVERY THING besides the food was a disaster!!! I realize things happen. But all in one visit… Seriously doubt I’ll go back EVER!!!

Today my son wanted Popeyes after his game. We got there about 3:30 (drive thru) and I left there at 4:25!!! Almost an hour later! Pulled to the window and they confirmed my order. 12 wing meal and 2 piece. I corrected them and said “boneless wings” and they said yes. I paid and pulled up to the next window. However, some people were paying and getting their food at the same window. Some were pulling up. So I didn’t think anything of it. I sat and sat at the window. I finally got my food and had to send it back bc they gave me 12 wings (bone in). No 2 piece chicken. They also gave the fries on the side. No biscuits. Not sure if the that’s the new norm or what. I know it used to all come in the box. So I had the lady behind me (where she was paying) ask someone to come to the window bc no one was working this window (I had already sat there a good 10 mins patiently waiting for someone to come and they did not). The lady behind me asked someone to come down to my window and they did. I told them my order was wrong. They were like “ok.” Not an I’m sorry for the inconvenience or let me make that right for you. Nothing. They said can I have your receipt? I gave them the 2 boxes (with the chicken only back) and my receipt. Then someone comes back about 5 mins later and says it’s going to be 3 more mins on boneless wings, is that okay? I said I’ve been here for 30 mins at this point so what’s 3 more. Again, no I’m sorry or anything. He said you’ve been here for 30 mins? I said yes. Like how does no one know at this point that I’ve been sitting here this long? And still not one apology, no manager. No nothing. After my 3 mins were up, I gave them 10 instead. I finally honked my horn bc I can see someone right there counting money with their back to me. Remind you I have a 4 and 6 year old in the car or I would have went in. They came to the window and I said I would like a refund bc I’ve now been here for almost an hour and I’m getting frustrated. I hear them yell back and forth like what are we waiting for? They leave again. About 5 mins later, they come back with food. I said what about my refund. They said you will need to give the food back. I said I need my receipt. They said I don’t know where it is bc I’m not the one that took it. I said well you need to go find it. They did and brought it back to me and I could hear them tell someone else “we’re going to have a complaint on this one.” Damn right you are. And I drove off. Again, NO APOLOGY what so ever. They said I gave you 2 apple pies. If I wanted apple pies or even liked them, I would have ordered them. Still shorted me 1 biscuit. But at this point, I’ll cut my ties. That was the WORST customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. And it’s not like my order was complicated. 2 meals!

Ordered online when i picked up they said they didn’t have that meal available. I requested a refund & i was denied when it was clearly THEIR problem not mine. Instead they gave me 2 pies & 3 pc tenders not even worth the full price i had paid for the meal.
