From the Service to the Food everything was EXCELLENT! I usually try a place twice. We dined in & 2 weeks later did carry out. 100% Consistency! The Vegetable Tom Yum is the BEST I’ve ever had. We ordered a lot of options. The Crab Rangoons were our favorite starter, but there wasn’t anything that wasn’t quality & flavorful. My family can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Crescent Sushi and Thai has by far the best and most authentic Thai food I’ve ever had. Everything is fresh and Delishous. The staff is so kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or lunch with friends.

This was our first visit. We had lunch on a Sunday. We were the only people there. I had hibachi shrimp and my husband had a tuna roll and cream cheese roll. We shared an appetizer of salted edamame. The edamame came in the pod and was very good. Had been steamed. I really enjoyed my hibachi shrimp and it was presented well. My husband enjoyed both of his sushi rolls. It was also plated well. We had good service and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly. Not really much in the way of decor or atmosphere but food is really good! There are a lot of rose bushes outside around the building. I would highly recommend.

We were greeted at the door and attended to by a very nice gentleman who also packed up our portions to go and chatted with us about the food. Between my party of three, we ordered the duck salad, a poke bowl, calamari, crab Rangoon, two special sushi rolls and steak and hibachi noodles. All the food was fairly priced and absolutely delicious!!! Probably the best Rangoon I have had anywhere, as well everything was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection with an artistic garnish. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the food! Flavorful and great! Service was good as well. Sushi was great too (didn’t take a pic). Will definitely be returning for more.

When we first pulled up to Crescent Sushi for the first time, we were a bit skeptical as there weren’t many cars in the lot. We decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did. The server/host is incredibly friendly, soft spoken, but polite.
While he is still learning english, we thought he did a great job taking our orders and making recommendations. I ordered the Yellow Coconut Curry with Chicken and a side of steamed white rice. My husband ordered the Pad Thai. Neither of us had any complaints. The server stopped by before we left and encouraged us to provide feedback. He explained he is new to America and really wants his guests to enjoy their meals. He was also candid that they don’t currently have a large staff so they are trying to find better means to accomodate and serve multiple people and tables, when busy.
I think people need to be a little more patient and understanding when it comes to dining at establishments, especially authentic Asian eateries such as Crescent Sushi, that are operated by people from other countries that are just trying their best to serve the local community.
All in all, we really enjoy dining here and plan to continue doing so. It’s a great little Gem that we feel will only get better with time.

Honestly from the outside looking in the place looks a tab bit sketchy.
THAT BEING SAID- You need to eat here. Pictures don’t do the food justice and those are HD pictures. The service was super friendly and very fast. Everything from the service to the chefs were extremely professional. Hats off to the chef for turning a meal into a work of art. Carb-rangoons were to perfection, so good that Indochine in Wilmington should be worried. From the Sushi to the Hibachi, I HIGHLY recommend this place. A fresh coat of paint on the outside and some plants and flowers and this place will certainly continue to flourish.

The food isn’t bad here, it just didn’t knock my socks off. I went here trying to find my go to Asian place in New Bern. This isn’t it. Service was good. The food just doesn’t stand out. Too pricey for average.

The food was delicious. Service was a bit slow but there were only three people working so they did their best. Careful with the level of heat you choose.

Delicious food and if you’re looking the right spicy food, this is the place—love it! Surprisingly, the MILKTEA menu is great and very inexpensive ($3.50). I recommend the taro and thai milktea (I always ordered without sugar since I don’t like it too sweet and it’s just perfect for me).
