The atmosphere here is really nice and cozy. I would say the linguine and lobster roll were fantastic. I think personally the oysters were a little disappointing. The caviar was very good as well. The service wasn’t bad, but it was just okay. I really like the design of the place. If you’re looking to go on a date, I definitely would recommend it here.

Came in for an anniversary, was really craving caviar! Love that they had caviar service and caviar bumps that’s what drew me in. However, I was disappointed when they only had hackleback caviar for the service. However everything else was good! The drinks were great and food was good.
The bar was a tad smaller than it looks in pics but it was cute! The staff was kind enough to give me some comps since it was our anniversary and they only had hackleback for the service which was very kind of them. Our server was a little grumpy at first but came around towards the end of our visit, assumed she was just having a bad day. It’s a cute place for a small bite and a drink though. Maybe not an anniversary.

Haley did such a PERFECT job helping me celebrate my birthday at Call Me Pearl! Not to sound dramatic but I would literally die for her after the evening she provided us. Her humor and attention to detail made it a 10/10 experience. Thanks Haley!!

What a nice surprise this place was! I was initially skeptical due to being in MacGregor Square and in a hotel, but it’s a small cozy spot that over delivered for sure. Service was excellent — friendly and chatty and professional — dirty martini had an overflow pour, they’ve got egg white and clarified cocktails, lobster roll was fantastic, east coast oysters were as well and came with the perfect accoutrements. All-in-all just a really fun and delightful meal that’s doing so much more than you might expect considering how some of these hotel spots coast by. Bonus points to the live guitarist that played on Friday.

We had such a great experience at Call Me Pearl, largely thanks to our waitress Haley. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. She gave great recommendations, kept everything moving smoothly, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. We’ll definitely be back—and hope to have Haley again!

It’s smaller than I expected, which is not bad, very intimate! The food was wonderful. Stunning, small bites. Don’t expect a full meal from one dish. Plan to order multiple and explore! We enjoyed some on-menu and some daily specials. Drinks were tasty and unique. Their espresso martini is tequila and mezcal, which was fun! As far as the staff- charming, kind, and on it!! Somer and Justin were phenomenal taking care of us on our Valentine’s date night. Darma helped with our drinks and did not disappoint! Chef Alex delivered our stunning dishes, even paying attention to our silverware. But Jennifer was the MVP when I needed a restroom because the main one had been closed for cleaning for a VERY long time. She went above and beyond to help me. We were already planning to return, but she solidified it.
We cant wait to visit again. What a perfect date night!!

Call Me Pearl is located in The Rally Hotel Denver. The bar is so beautiful and they have a great Happy Hour menu. I met the sweetest bartender who is from MS and she attended Southern Miss! What a small world! #SMTTT
The oysters were phenomenal- good size and fresh tasting brine with a yummy mignonette . Loved the Crispy Rice Tuna. The deviled eggs lacked salt but it was still tasty. I forgot the name of the drinks but they were all delicious yet beautiful to look at. The truffle fries were so good that we actually ate ALLUM! You can order the HH items by the piece which I love!
Highly recommend this hotel as well as this bar! It’s literally across the street from Coors Field!

I’m not a reviewer — like, ever — but Call Me Pearl in Denver was absolutely worth breaking that rule. The cocktails were next-level good, beautifully made and packed with flavor. The fries and sliders? Top notch — crispy, juicy, and basically impossible to stop eating.
Huge shout-out to Haley, who was amazing the entire night. She made the best dirty martini I’ve ever had — perfectly chilled, perfectly salty, totally dangerous in the best way.
If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, incredible drinks, and food that totally surprises you, Call Me Pearl is it. I’m already planning my next visit!

Matt recommended the BEST drink I have ever had. His mixology skills are out this world, and I have never had a better drink. He took that fact we didn’t want a typical shot and blew us away! 10000/10 recommend
