From the Service to the Food everything was EXCELLENT! I usually try a place twice. We dined in & 2 weeks later did carry out. 100% Consistency! The Vegetable Tom Yum is the BEST I’ve ever had. We ordered a lot of options. The Crab Rangoons were our favorite starter, but there wasn’t anything that wasn’t quality & flavorful. My family can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

This was our first visit. We had lunch on a Sunday. We were the only people there. I had hibachi shrimp and my husband had a tuna roll and cream cheese roll. We shared an appetizer of salted edamame. The edamame came in the pod and was very good. Had been steamed. I really enjoyed my hibachi shrimp and it was presented well. My husband enjoyed both of his sushi rolls. It was also plated well. We had good service and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly. Not really much in the way of decor or atmosphere but food is really good! There are a lot of rose bushes outside around the building. I would highly recommend.

Very good food, fast and friendly staff, big food portions, and fairly affordable prices. We had pork shumai (dumplings) drunken noodles, and hibachi steak fried rice. All dishes were great.

The food isn’t bad here, it just didn’t knock my socks off. I went here trying to find my go to Asian place in New Bern. This isn’t it. Service was good. The food just doesn’t stand out. Too pricey for average.

Disappointed. Half the food of Musashi and no soup or salad. Tempura shrimp tastes like mayonnaise. I wish it had been better for $50 for three. The stir fry and hibachi was good otherwise.

Split four appetizers between three of us: steamed dumplings, crab Rangoon, chicken lettuce wraps and summer rolls. There was no flavor to anything. Don’t go by the photos on Google as at least some of them are not food from there. So disappointing. Our waiter and service were fine but couldn’t make up for the flavorless food. I hate to say it but I don’t think they’ll make it.

I’ve been here twice, and I can say I am very disappointed. The rolls themselves were not good as well as expensive. I specifically asked them not to put spicy mayo on my roll and when I got home and opened it, it was covered in spicy mayo. I got one roll and two appetizers and it was $30 which I think is ridiculous for one person. If you want really good sushi go to Musashi or go to Ginza they are both incredible. This place is always quiet and I never see anyone inside. If I were to sit down inside, it’s quiet, there’s no music and it’s always freezing in there. I definitely will not be coming back.
