My brisket sandwich was loaded with a HUGE piece of brisket, and it was very tender and flavorful. The homemade peanut butter pie was the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back for more.

Had takeout for the first time here. We got the three meat plate and 4 sides to share. The meat brisket, ribs, and sauces were so good. Mac and cheese was good, mashed potatoes could use seasoning and butter, beans and slaw were excellent. All in all a good first experience… it’s all I needed to eat all day! Will be coming back when I need my brisket fix!

We stopped in to eat lunch, I ordered the pork dinner, it came with 2 sides, the meat was good, but the sides were a little lacking. Potato salad was just a little dry, and needed salt. The baked beans were also dry, they needed some onions and green peppers, with a little bit more of BBQ sauce and some honey, along with salt and pepper. My wife ordered the pork sandwich with fries. She said it was good, she loved the fries they were homemade fries. Which I tasted and they were very good. The service was slow. This was our first time there, so we didn’t know exactly what to do, were we supposed to wait to be seated, or what. So I asked and we were told that it could be done either way, so we took a menu and decided what we wanted, then went back to the counter and placed our order, we were there for about 30 minutes waiting for our order to come to the table. All in all it was fairly good.

We had the burrito (HUGE) with fries, pork nachos, and the brisket plate with mac-n-cheese and hush puppies. Literally everything was excellent. My whole family agreed!!! The staff was super nice to top it off. Try this place. You won’t be sorry!

Very pleasantly surprised and loved this food. I have to say my favorite was the hush puppies, fries, and the sauce on the pork was unique. For those who live away from this, it is well worth the drive. I think I could eat their hush puppies every day. I missed desserts, but plan on trying one next trip.

Stopped in to take pics with Santa and enjoyed a great dinner. Portions were great & everything is delicious. I had the pork plate and sampled the chicken. Fries & beans are great. Prices are good. We will be back!

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, The owner greeted us, as did a cook. The food was great, the price was good and the service was fantastic. If you are in the Gibbs area you need to stop by for some seriously good BBQ!
