Madison & Landon gave Courteous and friendly customer service! Boiled bluepoint crabs were tasty too! Great first impression 10.01.2025 update – I just had to jump back on here and update my review…..I have come back for more again and again….matter of fact I won’t go nowhere else! Unless they closed!!! I consider myself a “crabaholic” so you know I don’t play bout my crabs!!!….Let me tell you — these crabs are so pretty! ✨ The presentation is EVERYTHING! They come in a lined box, all laid out so perfectly and uniform — it’s almost too cute to eat. But babyyy when you do — the flavor is on point! Not too salty, not too bland, not too spicy, not too peppery… just right. The customer service? Always amazing — friendly, courteous, and the wait is never long since everything’s made fresh to order. I literally drive over 45 minutes to Lafayette just to get these pretty crabs! Totally worth it every single time!

The food was fresh hot & the service was great crawfish was a decent size .. for most people It would be perfectly fine. I just prefer more of a seasoned boiled in crawfish instead of season on top, but that just a pet peeve of mine chances of going back a 6 out of 10.

Never have I ever been accused of using an old receipt to obtain crawfish. I’ve visited this location multiple times but tonight will be my last. Placed an order and paid almost $50 for crawfish. Machine jammed, young man reprinted a receipt and told me my order number. Next gentleman comes to the window asks the number and goes on to tell me that order was picked up hours ago. So I’m like I don’t know but that’s the receipt I was given. I tell him my order which he has right in front of him, yet he looks at the receipt and says “5:46”. I’m assuming that’s the time on the receipt, and granted it’s around 7:30 at the time. Long story short I tell him to get the young man who took my order and the young man shows him what he did. Come to find out the young man reprinted the wrong order. The other man never gave me the benefit that something malfunctioned with his card machine. He immediately assumed I was trying to defraud them. Welp they NEVER have to worry about me again.

Very disappointed in thevservice tonight. Placed my order, which I paid for extra dip and didn’t get it.then told to drive to the window. Waited, Waited & Waited. So I pushed the button. Waited then some young fellow came to the window. He said we know youre waiting. Just hold on. 5 minutes later I finally got my order. I have visited this establishment several times with no problem. But today. VERY disappointed!!
