The pizza was okay, I didn’t get that wow factor eating it, maybe it was the way I ordered it.My expectations of the boneless wings what’s different. I ordered barbecue boneless wings, and it tasted more like breaded chicken nugget wrapped in foil and dribble in BBQ sauce. From the presentation you can tell it was put together pretty quick.

I have tried multiple times to give this particular store a chance. Every time we get a pizza, they dock the entire dough all the way up to the crust. When they do this, the crust does not rise and it does not even taste/look like a Papa John’s pizza. On top of that, they don’t even know how to cut a pizza properly! Every time we get our pizza, it’s half cheese and half pepperoni, and my half is always much smaller because they are cutting it uneven every single time! This is not how Papa John’s is supposed to be and it doesn’t even taste like their pizza. I recommend solon’s pizza because they are better than ordering in the Bedford area and their pizza always comes out excellent

Got my food 2hrs after ordering when I was told 45min and when they dropped it off, they gave the wrong 2 liter. Driver said that’s what they gave me and I tried calling them and 20min later on hold with no answer!! Be careful with them!

Ordered 2 original crust pizzas and cheese sticks online. My husband said the boxes felt super light. When we opened the boxes, they gave us 2 thin crust pizzas, not cool. My husband called and asked for the manager and we got our money back.

Went on Saturday night to get a pizza and cheesy bread. The cheesy bread looked like trash (see pic). My husband and I also both got sick within a couple hours of eating the food so idk who’s not washing their hands or showing up to work sick, but DO NOT GET FOOD HERE.

1 star my order was 31 dollars AND I tipped but my med BBQ chicken pizza look like a car rolled over it like what did I do to get service like this? The cinnamon pull apart is decent…the crust on the pizza kinda hard too….I’m not sure how to feel about this. 1/10 recommend at least the driver was nice but my food looked horrible.

Terrible pizza. Cheesy bread was baked crispy like a cracker, literally crunchy with zero cheese pull. The Shaq-aroni pepperoni pizza was dry, no cheese, and little taste. Also ordered a sausage and pepperoni. Again, dry, thin pizza with no cheese, little sauce and just a chewy piece of crust.
Never again will I order Papa John’s.
Delivery took FOREVER so I picked up my cold, dry, thin chewy items. Nothing looks like the online pictures.
