Where to start? Even with the dark lighting, I cringed at how filthy everything was around our booth. All the decor & furnishings were outdated & grungy. Our waitress, even with a light lunch crowd, disappeared for over 15 minutes after bringing menus, and although relatively friendly, she was less than attentive throughout our meal. The food (burgers) was mediocre at best. Oh one highlight, the bathroom was less filthy than the restaurant–let that sink in. The whole experience was beyond disappointing.

Love this local spot. The service is fast and friendly and the food is fantastic. Great place for some burgers, tacos, wings. They have a large menu of selections. It’s become a regular for our family, the kids cheeseburgers are a huge hit.

My husband ordered philly steak and cheese which tasted like they just slapped some roast and veggies and called it philly steak and cheese sandwich. Prices I think are pretty high. But the amount of food I think is just right.

Update to original review: I recently had an order that they made an incredibly serious mistake on. This mistake in my food caused me to become ill, and of course caused severe emotional distress as well. They refused to refund the order. They claimed that it is not possible and offered store credit instead, although I of course will never return after what they did to me. This place is horrendous. I am exploring my options for this unacceptable incident. It is unbelievably appalling what these people do.
Food is very expensive for what it is. It’s okay food but overpriced for the quality. I haven’t found anything I really like. The beyond burger isn’t bad but it’s not like it’s super good either. You can make a better one yourself for much cheaper or get one elsewhere. Orders have been messed up on multiple occasions. Wrong items have been given. Also, the packaging for take out has been messy. The burger looks like everything was slapped together and everything in the meal just tossed into a box. And the fries are cold and soggy. Every time.

Overall, this was a great spot to grab dinner after a day of disc golf at Brown Deer. Excellent service. It was busy when we went but we never had to wait long for anything. Crowd seemed mostly 60+ i don’t think I’d bring the kiddos. Vast majority of the food was excellent, my only complaint was the tuna appetizer. The slices were not of even thickness so some were too fatty, chewy and undercooked. Would also pair much better with a soy based gaze than random pita triangles and upscaled tartar sauce. All said however, would go back. 8/10.

First things first, parking here can be difficult as the parking lot is small. Since we came on a Monday it was easy to find a spot. The server was great. For appetizers we had the eggplant strips, which should be labeled as eggplant parmesan fries. They were delicious. I had the tacos which were amazing. My husband had the chicken fajitas and although they weren’t what we were expecting they were delicious. The sauces was more of a sweet and sour sauce and I LOVED that about them. All in all we had a great time.

Enormous cheese curds, and they were delicious and stretchy! Burgers were very good. Choice of regular or sweet potato fries, both were good. Would like it if places had some sort of sauce to go with the sweet potato fries. Will definitely come back for curds, and to try more things from the menu.

Had a 6pm reservation, but even though it was packed, got us a table early. Cheese curds with ranch and jalapeño ranch were very good, creamy cheese, good taste. jalapeño ranch mild, not overwhelming. Had peartini, and peach pomegranate martini, also very good. All food came out quickly. 2 large Walleye, very moist and flakey, great taste. A little oily, but it’s to be expected with thin batter. Fries were done well, with a touch of lemon, or lemon pepper maybe..good taste. Coleslaw also had a different flavoring that complimented the flavor. This is definitely a go to for fish fry going forward!!

Holy smokes this place was amazing!! My husband and I came here for dinner, he got steak, I got fajitas. SOOO DELICIOUS! His steak was cooked to perfection and my fajitas were absolutely phenomenal. We will absolutely be back. Enrique was our server and he was great! Compliments to him and the Chef.
