Excellent place to get a healthy and low carb shake. It’s a family owned place with lots of healthy options. They offer free workouts for the community and some family oriented activities. I really enjoy their teas; my favorite is the Bahama Mama or Skittles. On Fridays they offer parfaits, such an alternative for a dessert.

*AMAZING* So I have NEVER tried anything Herbalife before, not gonna lie, I’ve always been a little skeptical and I’m really not into nutrition and eating/drinking healthy as much as I probably should be. Even though I really do enjoy working out. However, I’ve been wanting to see what all the hype is about with these teas. I’m glad I did. It is amazing. It tastes just like a bomb pop. I’ll definitely be back to try another flavor. Let me just add as well that the owners are incredibly helpful and really nice. They answered all my questions on all the flavors they had and were able to gove me information on all their products.

The best place in the area to go hands down!!! I go about every Monday before my full day shift at work and everytime I come in I feel a vast amount of positive energy! The shakes and teas are really yummy and definitely give you the boost you need if you’re running low on energy and didn’t have time to eat before leaving the house. Highly recommend
