This please was nice to try as I love seafood. It’s your average seafood boil please for seafood boils. I wanted to try the crab meat fries as an appetizer and boy was I disappointing. The looked nothing like the picture on the menu:(. They do service frozen fries that look kind of funny. I’ve seen other restaurants serve these fries as well and I never get them. I dislike the picture is very deceiving as they appear to be fries cut from an actual potato with crab meat from the actual crab but I received the not so tasty frozen fries with imitation crab meat ♀️. You do get a good portion of food for the price. The no substitutions is crazy as well because not every one eats eggs or pork sausage. I believe they may have been understaffed as well because we were in a small section of the restaurant with the other part being closed off. However, the service was good and our waitress was really nice as well as the lady that greeted us when we walked in! If you haven’t tried this place you should give it a shot.

I was in town for work and stumbled across this place. I went on a Wed evening and they were really busy. I was put in the waiting list but didn’t mind. I noticed everyone was hustling (employees) so it the wait wasn’t for lack of trying. I got called fairly quicker than I expected for my table. Staffing was visibly short since the hostess was also my waitress but she was very friendly. I ordered the shrimp and crab legs and let me tell you. It was YUMMY!!! The price wasn’t bad for seafood. Wish I knew of this place earlier.. I was only able to visit it once that work trip 🙁 FYI.. if you’re traveling for work there’s a double tree hotel in the same plaza. I found this out too late as well ..lol

I got the seafood boil to my liking. They have different ones to choose from. We also got the crab fries for a appetizer. The boil was really good backed with tons on shrimp. Wasn’t fishy or over cooked at all. The crab fries were actually really delicious as well . Definitely would recommend. A little spicy so if you don’t like spice id pass. If I had one negative thing to say which really isn’t that bad is just the crab legs were kinda small and thin. But not a big deal. The whole meal was filling and delicious so will definitely be going back!

If you want a tasty seafood boil you can’t do much better than Crafty Crab. I’d especially recommend the Cajun seasoning, on whatever combo you order. It was a touch cold by the windows for some members of our party, although I was comfortable and it wouldn’t be an issue most of the year.

The atmosphere is welcoming. A great facility for parking.
Seafood was salty for my taste, too much salt and salt, they should consider this part to make a balance, and also have the option of excluding certain things that come in the package.
Control the salt and seasoning load, there are people who are not fans of spicy food, I chose something that was not spicy and it was still spicy, because of the excessive seasoning, I could not enjoy my choice of dishes.

I ordered the catfish basket, my wife ordered the snow crab special, and my son the lobster special.
The food was GREAT! Our food was served hot and fresh, and the waitress was very attentive and kept the drinks coming.
I was not feeling well, so I didn’t want to overeat, but we will come back!

My wife and I regularly visit Crafty Crab because the food is always amazing. Last night, my wife accidentally left her wedding ring on the table, and it was mistakenly thrown away. The staff was incredibly cooperative and immediately helped by reviewing the camera footage.
I offered $200 for assistance searching through the trash, and Yuki, along with another staff member, kindly helped me go through the outside dumpster to look for the ring. We found it! When I tried to give them the money as thanks, they refused.
I truly cannot thank them enough. The food at Crafty Crab is great, but the staff is even better. Thank you so much, Yuki!

Ordered two different platters – one mild and one spicy. The sauce is exactly the same – mild. They showcase the platter to be in a nice platter but the outcome is in a bag – big disappointment. I would not recommend – dont waste your money here. Go to a different place for seafood boils.

This was my 1st and last time ever eating from this place. I ordered a catfish dinner w/ sweet potato fries. That was not worth 17.99 just for those 2 things. And the catfish was dry and hard on the edges and since if it tasted fishy plus the sweet potato fries were hard abs couldn’t be eaten. Never ever again!!!! I should’ve went to JJs Fish And Chicken. Hoping I don’t get sick from trying it.
