Where do I start! Best sushi I’ve had ever!!
Absolutely incredible atmosphere sitting at the bar watching your sushi made from Kenny, he is a master of his craft!
Extremely friendly and kind staff with wonderful food and sweet tea!
Took pictures but the food was so good we started eating before I could grab a picture lol!
Big thanks to Kenny and the crew at Pacific Asian Bistro for such a great meal and wonderful experience!!

Don’t expect authentic Asian cuisine, but the “American Chinese “ versions of Hot and Sour Soup, General Soa’s Chicken, Egg Rolls, various sushi rolls is wonderful. The place seemed to go into a period of decline for several months. We ate there today and I can report it is at its best. Same staff from before, cheerful and attentive. Still the best Hot and Sour soup I have had.
I worked in China and southeast Asia for ten years, three in Beijing, three in Shanghai, and another three plus years in Singapore. I am not a culinary expert by any means, but an admirer of Asian food and in particular this restaurant’s unique version. Good flavor, good service, an excellent value in an out of the way establishment in Palencia, an unexpected treat.

Absolutely amazing experience. I have many to many local sushi restaurants and this one takes the cake. Mas and the staff were amazing. They prepared us a chef selected sushi special. The sushi chefs are 5 star. I highly recommend this restaurant and can see myself coming many times in the future.

Super good sushi really love the jalapeño popper appetizer spicy and delicious. The service was amazing very attentive. The owner even greeted us. I got the extra jumbo shrimp teriyaki flavored with some fried rice and it was delicious. We will definitely be going back 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend

Traveled domestic and internationally… hands down my favorite Sushi spot! Mas the owner is a master of his craft. The creations are works of art for your taste buds. Everything is of the highest quality ingredients and attention to detail is a staple of every dish. I have never had a bad dish and the confidence in the chefs makes for an adventure in culinary delights.

***UPDATE: Additional review. Mongolian beef is a must have. Sushi, we ordered spicy tuna, was great. Way more fish than rice, which is always a good thing! The Seafood ramen bowl is out of this world. Definite 5 star review on our fourth visit to PAB.
Chicken fried rice was awesome, kids loved the lo mein, sushi is AMAZING. Awesome to find a place that gives you more fish than rice in your roll. Would have liked the General Tso’s chicken to have more spice and be a bit more crunchy. Sesame chicken was good, thick breading. Service was great. Would have given 4.5 stars if there was an option, instead rounded up.

I came to have some Pad Thai because it’s one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately it missed the mark. Presentation was nice and atmosphere was pleasant. The server was also attentive, but this dish wasn’t on point. Everything I saw going out looked good. Would come back, but for sushi or something else.
