First time having Fat Angelos & Ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas & hot pepper cheese balls at 5:20pm. Our estimated deliver time was 6:10pm. I live 15 mins away. An hour had gone by & nothing yet. So i called at 6:40pm to see if the order had been sent out & all i was told is its with the driver. Okay. So i waited another 25 minutes before it arrived. So an hour & 45 minutes from the time i ordered to the time we recieved our order. Pizza was cold. Disappointed in how long it took.

My husband and I ordered two pizzas and some fries from the Lemont Furnace store. We placed the order before 08:00 pm. The delivery time was estimated to be 9:14 pm. We called at 09:27 due to the order not yet being delivered. We had to go pick up the order even though they were closed. When we arrived our order was still being cut. Since we had to pick up our delivery order, we asked for a refund of the delivery fee or something of equal value. The girl at the register said we had to wait for the manager, Ben, to process the return. The girl asked the manager multiple times to come assist and he just kept cleaning and ignoring everybody. He could have stopped what he was doing for two minutes but refused to. The young man that was making the orders stepped up and assisted with the process of the return. This is not the first time we have had issues with a delivery order. The last time we cancelled our order and ordered from somewhere else. We were offered a 10% discount off our next order via text. This will be the last time we order from here, which is a shame because the food is good, but a 1 1/2 to 3 hour wait time is unheard of. You can’t even leave a complaint on the webssite or anything anymore. So hopefully this review will help.
