Have been here many times and the food is always phenomenal. Perfectly cooked crabs! Sauce is delicious. Tonight the bathroom, specifically the women’s room, was dirty. Littered with dirt gloves and toilet paper. It was out toilet paper. Soap dispenser off the wall. I told the staff about the issue. I returned to the restroom at the end of our meal (1.5 hours later) and nothing was cleaned or fixed.

I went to crafty today to pick up an online order I placed and to also order in person but when I tried to place order all hell breaks loose “the policy changed ,there is no more $6.00 big seasoning” the manager Ana tells me. I then tell her that if the policy has changed than you need to have everything updated but since it’s still here are you able to accommodate me, she says “NO!” When I tried to ask for a menu she tries to give me one where she scratches off on her own 2 mins before giving me my food , I said no I want the regular one but she refused to give it to me ,so I took a picture of the one that was in front of the register. I work in retail for over 7 years so I know when a store has made a mistake in marketing. I will no longer be coming here anymore ,the one on university is way better and customer service is top tier.

We had an amazing experience at Crafty Crab!!!! Everything was far more delicious than I expected. The calamari was especially incredible – tender and flavorful. We ordered the $54 combination, and it was not only delicious but also very generous. It was more than enough for two people, and honestly, even three could easily share it. Definitely coming back. Thank you!

I will say the gentleman that works behind the bar is awesome and I would recommend having him wait your tables if you still wanted to choose to get seafood poisoning .
Absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I normally go as a regular at least once a month by myself to have some steamers. Last time I had a stomach ache and I didn’t feel well but I went back for one more time. Just thinking that maybe possibly I could’ve gotten something for my kids instead of from bad seafood.
Last night I went in and I was absolutely appalled by the behavior, but not only the staff but the manager. A gentleman who also comes in once a month by himself spending tons of money at the bar order 5 pounds of crab legs as he does every two weeks they refuse to re-cook his crab legs. His crab legs were raw rotten, and some of them had been frozen for so long they wouldn’t come out of the shell however I still took my order and ate my food after the manager came over.
She was absolutely ruthless to the gentleman telling him that she wasn’t going to replace his food. There was nothing wrong with the crawfish. Then you had a minor at the bar a young African-American woman with glasses, getting wasted, still working as the horses at the restaurant she then as well you’re white have you ever had crawfish before to the gentleman and he says well what kind of question is that then she went back-and-forth with the customer haggling him over Reese and his dinner while he was just there to spend money the servers were behind the bar making their own drinks and shots drinking their life away.
The manager who is a young Asian woman no more than probably 25 years old didn’t care to see that her weight, staff and kitchen staff and who is this we’re all drinking at the bar instead of waiting on the patrons. She didn’t care to fix the gentleman‘s order and I was so appalled. I didn’t even eat my food however, once again, I woke up with the most painful stomach ache from bad seafood. I would never go back in here again.

The cashier lady who was handling the takeout orders was not friendly at all no greeting, no smile, and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming. Why are you working if you don’t like your job!
On top of that, my order took over 30 minutes, which is way too long for takeout. When I finally received my food, it was cold.

I have seen the classic ‘seafood boil’ trend on my TikTok and social media for over a year now and have been DYING to find a place that does it right. This was the first time I tried it and it was a 10/10 experience. There are so many different ways to customize what kind of protein, spice, flavor, etc. and it was amazing!! Food was so fresh and SO tasty, (I’ve seen complaints about it being too salty but I disagree, the spices and flavors were top tier). Everyone working was extremely friendly and helpful! The vibes were also immaculate, loved the whole experience and the place. Cannot rave about this enough, affordable, amazing food, amazing service- MUST TRY!
