Came here around 7:30 PM on a Monday nothing on my mind except for a tasty sub. Walked in the store and one Subway employees was leaving the restaurant and said nothing about taking my order or to the other worker that there was a customer here. Ended up waiting for about 5-10 minutes to see if anyone would take my order. But while I was waiting I heard the other employee slacking outback talking on their phone. Also checked to see if there was anyone there but there was just a bunch of crates. Me thinking this was ridiculous I stormed off in anger. And as soon as I left the store I then saw that slacker-like figure of the employee standing at the front as clueless as a fish about to get eaten by a shark. Went up the street to little road and sr 52 which had much better service and there was a employee was actually present to take my order. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT NIGHT

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The service was awful, except for one woman who was working really hard and doing a great job. She was the only bright spot in the entire place.
The rest of the staff was just unprofessional and careless:
– The other employees were slow, rude, and unorganized
– The drink was watery and poorly made
– And the customer service overall was a joke
It’s really sad that one person is trying to keep things going while the others just don’t care. I hope management sees this and makes serious changes.

I ordered subway catering for my fourth July party and was very picky about how I wanted it they came threw it was made perfectly was a big party hit!, It looked beautiful taste amazing ill go back to them again next year for my catering needs they went above and beyond and even had it delivered to my house at the time I needed it if you need catering look no further they are a good price and very professional about everything . Thankyou so much subway keep up the good work

Wow I don’t remember asking for extra mustard literally I’m wiping the mustard off with napkins. I couldn’t eat the other half, I asked toasted didn’t even get it. I prefer publix instead of subway for now on cheaper and better quality. Never will I order online from subway again or go here. You 2 girls that working right now should quit your jobs. Talk about eat fresh

I came to this location and the only worker said it was closed but it closes at 9:30pm I wanted a salad so bad and now I’m hungry because this is the only place that I buy my salad from for dinner The only worker there was mad because I wanted to take a picture of the sign because even if she’s there alone she could have made my salad and not complain about people not coming to work and that’s why I can’t eat… She took the sign down but I got a pic… Oh and I forgot to add it was 8:10pm

Such a disappointment from the time I arrived The young woman that made my food did a great job making my food. Thank you. I appreciate that. However, Cindy came from the back room, asked the client that was behind me, got her order gone and managed to jump in front of my lady. I don’t understand why it took so long honestly and the lady behind me was rung up before me. Very disappointed in this place will not return
