Best Cracker Barrel I have ever been to! Food was the best and our waitress was the nicest lady. She was also speedy and kept the drinks filled. We both got Chicken and Dumplings, with mashed potatoes, broccoli and added a side salad. There was tons of chicken with the dumplings which is a rare find. The sides were excellent and cooked perfectly. The house salad was fresh, huge, and the ranch was better than other locations. I had the Coca-Cola Chocolate cake and it was delicious too! If I ever travel through Albuquerque again, this is a must stop for some good home cooked food.

We came in this morning, it was very busy as it is a Saturday morning. Our server Bernie was amazing from start to finish. He never missed a beat. He had several tables sat at the same time, we observed him greet each table and get drinks for them in a very timely manner. He was very personable and friendly through out our whole meal. He made sure to pay quality time and attention with us as well as the others. This was hands down the best service we have received at any sit down restaurant in a very long time. We live on the other side of town but you can bet we will be back very soon and hope to have Bernie wait on us again. Keep up the good work Bernie you are a true asset to this company.

It’s a 5-star Cracker Barrel. If you love Cracker Barrel, you’ll love this one. Service was friendly and efficient from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to make it a great experience. The food was very well prepared. I had the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken. The chicken breast was juicy, the topping crispy and cheesy, the broccoli was soft, but not mushy. My husband had the chicken and dumplings. He said the flavor was great but … it is rather pallid. I put diced carrots and peas in mine, so that it has some color to it. My baby carrots were soft without being mushy. Prices can’t be beat. We’ll be back.

Decided to go out for breakfast, ordered waters to drink and my glass was noticeably cracked and asked for a new one, waitress was bothered.
We felt rushed to order, and it took our food about 40 minutes to come out, it was cold and the restaurant wasn’t busy. As I’m eating my food, I notice a piece of plastic on the plate. Ashley, our waitress, was unwelcoming, rude, and inhospitable. Her lack of professionalism was noticed and unappreciated.

Just thought i’d share my experience from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store on the west side. Last Friday I ordered food through doordash and found a bandaid IN my food. I called the store and told them and the managers response was “well what color was it?” I told him grayish and he then proceeded to say “we don’t have that color of bandaid here. I can send a message higher up to call you but you’ll probably want to let doordash know.” It is almost a week later and have not received a call. The bag was sealed and my food was on the bottom, underneath 2 other orders. There is NO way it was the dasher. I understand things happen but to take absolutely no accountability and not even attempt to make things right is wild.

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in YEARS, but this was a wonderful reintroduction. The pancakes were DElish, fried apples and yum that coffee…bold and smooth. Our server was amazing and so gracious. Plus, we found a gift for our nephews and some other gift ideas. We’ll be back sooner this time!
