Was pretty decent. The mash potatoes were cold had to send back. Waitress I got she was alright. Idk if they short staffed or what they seem to forget alot abt the customers needs when bringing out food. They always forget something. And when you remind them they take forever for them to bring item. but hope they do improve more.

Server was nice, but the food took ages to come out. I was informed that they are still waiting on the machine that makes iced coffee to be fixed. I’ve been coming here every few months and it’s been over a year they’ve been waiting for that machine. Eggs were undercooked, biscuits were still doughy, and the gravy just tasted like bland fat. The chicken fried steak seemed like it had been cooked a while ago and reheated. The table itself was clean, but the decorations were dusty and the picture that we sat near had something spilled or splashed on it.

Most incredible food!! I love the gravy and biscuits. Also we had the most amazing waitress, Krystal. She really loves her job and did superb in taking care of us. I had the grandmas special, you can’t go wrong when something has grandmas name on it. I wish every experience at every restaurant was like today, thank you Cracker Barrel.

We went for dinner here and had a great meal. I had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken, my mom and sister had the Sunday Homestyle Chicken, and my dad had the Chicken Fried Chicken. We also enjoyed walking around the store afterwards and buying holiday decorations.
