The food was great but confused on the breakfast gravy because what the waitress said differs from what it says online. The electricity went out for a minute so with part of our order it did not go through and had to wait 20 minutes but told we would not have to pay for that because of the wait and issues but when we went to pay they did charge us. One thing that was very distracting was the amount of dust that was on the woven walls. With my allergies I was a little concerned but was fine. I have a disability and asked for a bag in order to be able to walk with my leftovers and a waitress told me to walk over to the store side and grab one and only after she saw me moving with my walker did she offer to get it when it was literally less than 10 steps away from her but she was not our waitress so maybe that’s why. Our waitress was Wendy. She was very nice, polite and did good work even with the electricity hiccup. The food was great. Breakfast is my favorite part of the menu. I tried the watermelon lemonade and I loved it. If you have a sweet tooth you will too.

I came here for an earlier morning breakfast with some of my family and had a very enjoyable time. We were seated very quickly and got coffees pretty quickly. The waitress struggled just a little bit with our orders, but the food was very good and about what you would expect for Cracker Barrel. I always love the atmosphere of Cracker Barrel’s, and this was a good way to start my morning. I’d definitely come back in the future.

Went to this restaurant, which was located next to my hotel. This visit was out of convenience, but I did hear about this chain restaurant before. The staff were friendly, the food was ok (a bit on the salty side), but the takeaway food took quite a long time. Overall still a positive experience though.

My favorite. Food is very good. I do wish they knew more about making flat dumplings. Always fresh. Great variety. The store is packed with awesome items. Restrooms are clean. There are places to sit if you have to wait for a table. Very interesting atmosphere.

Went there twice, two days apart. The first time was fantastic. The second visit was sub par. The first time, service was great, food was great. The second visit, the server was ok, but forgot our silverware even after being asked, we had to get him a second time. He failed to mention, as did the server on the first visit, that there is two types of hash browns. One is a casserole with onions, the other is fried without onions. My sister doesn’t eat onion and was not aware. The food overall was not as good as, nor prepared the same as the first visit. Be aware that there may be discrepancies with service and food.

From Host to Server to Store Clerk. Everyone was professional, friendly and attentive. Food (2 types of chicken) was amazing. Even the coke was perfect. McDonald’s mix of Coke is usually spot on but this place did it one better. In the gift shop they also have the original recipe of Hersey’s chocolate without paraffin. Yummy. Have to add the bill was actually about the same $$ for us as going for fast (not as good) food.

Had breakfast here on my way up north. It was good and the staff was friendly. I got the egg sandwich with hash browns. It was okay, the hash browns could have been cooked more. I asked for over medium eggs but they were made over easy. I’m not picky so I didn’t send it back. It was a good breakfast and it filled me up. Plus the waitress always made sure my coffee was full so that was nice.

There food is American but it tastes different in a way. I don’t like it. I absolutely love the gift shop though but who doesn’t! The pancakes are the worst they have a bad after taste. Great service from the staff the food takes a while to get to you. It’s not that bad for being old school. I wouldn’t pay to eat there but if someone else gets the bill I’ll get a drink I seriously don’t like the food and also how expensive it is. Clean atmosphere for most part. Couldn’t find a bathroom for some reason. And wait until you get the bill for a family of 4. SHOCKER for sure.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Restaurant was maybe half full at best. EXTREMELY slow service, both kitchen and front of house/waitstaff. 15 minutes of waiting before we were even approached by waitstaff and 45 minutes from time of order placed til food came out. Not so much blaming the staff themselves as there were 2 waitresses for that many people. Probably only had one or two cooks. I blame the understaffment issue (most likely) as the reason for this. Food was decent, I’ve been to many Cracker Barrels all over the country, and have consistently found that there are things that are delicious and things that are not, same is true here. Very good cornbred, bacon, fried chicken, and apple slices, mediocre ham, steak fries, and grits (maybe my fault because I’m judging it based on southern style standards). Overall decent especially for the price but service could seriously use improvement.

When I see a new menu item that seems interesting at a restaurant that typically never disappoints I had to make a trip to Cracker Barrel to try the new Kick’n Ranch Fried Chicken and fried pickle chips. Unfortunately the latter was only available as a full order and not as a side upgrade which was disappointing.
