We always love coming to Craker barrel. The food I’d great no matter what time you go there.

The food was tasty and there was no waiting for seating. I ordered the chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, broccoli and fried apples; all were good. I don’t like that they bring out the biscuits and/or cornbread with your food now. At least, the last three times I have been to a Cracker Barrel. They used to bring them out BEFORE your food, which makes more sense so you have something to eat while waiting for your main meal.

Our server was fantastic! The food was great! The store had beautiful stuff in it! It was clean and welcoming. I was able to find something on the menu vegetarian.

My wife and I went to Cracker Barrel last week to have dinner with my father in law and his wife. We hadn’t see them in awhile. We were seated right away. The waitress came and took our drink order. They came back right away. My father in-law order black coffee and it came stale. He asked for new coffee when the waitress took our order. It took 15 minutes to get new coffee. Then we waited and waited for our dinners. We continued to visit with each other. Finally after almost one hour. Our meals came. They were all cold! Cold eggs, sausage, pancakes,(half the size they used to be), breakfast tacos, and chicken dinner was cold even the spiced apples were cold. The only dinner that was okay was the chicken salad and image that it was room temp. After waiting this long we weren’t sending them back because it was almost 7pm by then anyways. It wasn’t like the kitchen was behind. The meals had to have sat on the plates waiting to be delivered for quite some time. My wife order breakfast tacos and needed syrup and she didn’t get any until she had ate one of them. Our drinks didnt even get refilled until we stopped the waitress and asked. The place wasn’t super busy either. We won’t be in any hurry to go back.

Clean, friendly, country style atmosphere. The waiting staff and cashiers were extremely courteous and patient with us and our two young children.

Absolutely horrendous. I worked there and have eaten there. There so disorganized and short staffed that immediately when your hired in they throw you on a morning shift one day and a night shift the next day. They serve raw eggs, and I was often the only one who was in the kitchen since as soon as there were no more orders they’d leave and I would take care of the kitchen myself (but of course according to them ‘I was never in my position’). They keep sanitizing buckets around the food and the dishwashers never accurately clean the plates off so half the time you have to serve it on a dirty plate. Oh and btw if you do decide to work there forget about being slowly implemented in. I had told them about my heart and that it takes me a minuite to get used to heat, I gave doctor notes every time I was in the hospital and I called everytime I wasn’t going to be making it in. They still told me I no called no show, so it’s obvious management doesn’t talk to each other. They also rarely help out and often schedule only one kitchen person (In resturants your supposed to have 3 or more people working in the kitchen at all times) thats why the food wait is so long. They also don’t believe in mental health days which is quite irritating, I was in kitchen however waitresses have to deal with getting screamed at for things out of thier control and they can’t even take a day when that gets to be too much to have a mental health day? They also don’t give breaks to any adult. I didn’t need a break cause I only worked 5 hours however those who work an 8 hours shift or 10 deserve to have a break even if they are an adult. Just because someone is an adult doesnt give you the right to over work them.

i am a regular at cracker barrel. i visited today in findlay and was very disappointed. the cashier, Cora was on her phone half of our visit in the shop. When we went to check out she acted as if we were bothering her and she was incredibly rude to us. INCREDIBLY rude. i overheard two other customers complaining about how rude she was to them. no customer service, just plain disrespect! my food was cold. i ordered a side of fries and got 8 french fries. an adult woman with 8 french fries as a meal! that’s insane. i thought that my bad food was enough but i am SO shocked by the disrespectful workers !!

I love the old rustic style with oil lamps on the tables. The food is absolutely amazing! My daughter and I can eat there with a tip for 25. With that price, I can treat myself in the store. Hands down, this has to be my favorite restaurant .
