I have always wanted to have a breakfast in a Cracker Barrel. Finally I put my car to charge cross the street during the trip and had a wonderful breakfast at this restaurant. The food is flavorful. I ordered grandma’s sampler. I couldn’t finish it. The price is very affordable. Love this place.

My complaint was I ordered a Mocha Latte as a part of my order and instead of that, I received a cup of GREASY brown liquid which I posted a pic of what I received! I called the store where my order was fulfilled which was 5100 Tiedemen Rd. to talk with the manager Matt who was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Took NO responsibility! Tried to Blame DoorDash,…can you believe that he tried to put it on the delivery company!! I told him “DoorDash didn’t fill my order, your store did, one of your workers poured that brown GREASY liquid in a cup, put a top on it and sent it out with my order!” and, he took NO responsibility, he was ARGUMENTATIVE, Kept cutting me off while I was talking, getting smart with me, it was HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t suggest Anyone order a delivery order from this location EVER!! Just look at what they sent me as a Mocha Latte!!!

What a joke of an establishment. I called here 3 times, 2 of the times I was hung up on then walked in while calling to this women just standing there, I said I’ve been calling to place an order, and she then calls for a server, instead of taking the order herself. Horrible customer service, ended up walking out after 10 minutes when no one took my order. Why does she even work there? How do you get service here? We may never know.

my friend and i went in for dinner, cracker barrel is like our thing, and we had a great night. our waitress, lillian, was super welcoming, attentive and kind, and she made our experience together so much more special. she mentioned that it was only her fourth day working, but to us she seemed like a natural. even though she had multiple tables around, she always came to check in with us, making sure we were taken care of and everything was going well. she really seemed like she cared about the people she was serving. hope she gets the credit she deserves. (also fried pickles were amazing, as always)

First time ever eating in a Cracker Barrel and probably the last. The price was good. The food was good. But having to send my food back after a long wait for it because it was cold kinda sucked. I don’t like having to bother waiters for anything other than a refill. The server’s attitude about the situation was pretty unwarranted too. The manager did quickly set things right.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Being the 4th of July, smack dab at noon and having a party of 6 the service was OUTSTANDING!! We only waited 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress saw that the kids were grumpy and had their food out on the table scary fast! The adults food came out surprisingly fast as well. I am simply blown away on how they did it! Food was delicious as always. All staff need to take a bow because they really put out their BEST!!!
