This was my first time ever eating at a Cracker Barrel and I was pleasantly surprised they had more than just crackers in a barrel. We got the chicken sandwich and a French toast, eggs, and bacon meal. Both were pretty darn tasty. The service was also terrific. We had arrived after a pretty large party got there, so our food took a little longer to reach our table, but it didn’t take that long and we were even offered free bread to munch on while we waited. The friendly service more than made up for the little wait, and, once everything got to us, it was hot and delicious. These people are professionals and we will definitely be going back if we are ever in the area again. Pro tip: get the house salad as your side because veggies are important.

Placed an online order was supposed to be ready 8:33 p.m., got there 8:30 was told they are working on it three times and then told that they don’t have the materials to make it after waiting 25 minutes and when they were about to close. Absolutely one of the worst cracker barrels I have been to Total disregard for the customer their time and convenience. It kind of felt like they did this on purpose why would they tell me three times that it is being worked on and then come tell me right before closing that they are out of the materials

We were having a family get together and we each ordered something different. Our waitress was amazing and never let our drinks get empty! She was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious!! We had onion petals (amazing!) as an appetizer. I ordered the breakfast burger and fries. When I got my order, I couldn’t believe how much food was on my plate and it was yummy. I had to take half of it home and had it later that night for supper. The other members of the group all stated that their food was delicious as well. Will definitely be going back!!

After being seated quickly, our waitress arrived promptly. Beverages were ordered & delivered. My husband ordered the pot roast and I ordered the steak. Both meals were excellent: steak cooked to my desired doneness, tender and seasoned adequately, fresh potatoes with brown gravy. Bravo to the cook!

Very nice people who worked here. Warm and cozy inside with the fireplace going. Our waitress was delightful. And the food was wonderful. We had eggs in a basket and the old timers breakfast. I also had a caramel latte. All very good.

I’ve ordered for pickup twice here and both times something is missing and there’s something in my food. This last time was a thread of plastic in the eggs. I usually don’t say anything but this time I went back for my missing gravy that they signed was missing even though it was listed in the order. They did give me the gravy but it was for 2 biscuits and I got barely half a little cup of gravy. It is disappointing for the price of the food and I didn’t even get an apology.

I walked in, placed a take out (carry out) order, paid for it.
I said I would wait in my car because I was traveling across country and my service dog was traveling with me. I waited 35 minutes. Nothing. I walked back in with my receipt in hand, asked for a status report. “We got slammed with a rush of customers and the kitchen was extra busy. I’ll check on it.”
I repeated that I am waiting in my car outside, parked in a designated pickup area for carry out orders. I returned to my car. Waited another 20 minutes. I went back inside AGAIN. The order had been placed behind the cashier!! No notification for me. The food was not hot! The “manager” was in training. I asked for a refund. The trainee did not know how! It took 15 minutes! The nonverbals were of irritation and impatience.
When asked (with sarcastic tone), “what else do I want?” I replied “an apology seems appropriate.” “Sooorrrreee” was said with the tone of a middle school child! I took a deep breath and said “you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I travel across the country on a regular basis. Cracker Barrel is my choice of vendor for a number of reasons. And I’ve NEVER been treated with such disrespect and disregard.

Another great stop at Cracker Barrel. As nearly always, the food and the service were spot on. Very nice parking in the back for our RV and tow while we ate. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken, and my wife had the Friday special Country Coastal Sample fish platter. We both enjoyed our meals in the nice AC given us respite from the hot summer day. Two thumbs up to our server, Kristy F. Very nice lady who served up our platters with a warm smile and friendly service.
