4 stars for good food, good size servings and polite friendly server. They weren’t that busy and it took over 30 minutes to get our food and over 10 mins to get our orders taken but I understand because of the shortage of employees. It’s happening at every business. Other than the wait, I recommend this Cracker Barrel if you want delicious southern food

I always love coming here to Cracker Barrel. I love the decor, the atmosphere and the comfort food. Our server was great. She constantly checked on us, chatted with us and overall was very friendly. The food tasted fresh and was served hot. Portion sizes were adequate. Of course the store is always fun to shop in too!

The lot and outside of the store were well kept and maintained. Prompt service when we entered. Server arrived quickly and was on top of things for our larger group. Our group did include an infant and 2 handicapped persons. Infant was placed on a chair and no alternative was offered, so unsure of what may be available as far as high chair or sling for car seat. As is usual with this chain, the gift shop area was too dense for the handicapped persons to navigate easily, which did make entering and exiting the restaurant more difficult. Carrying an infant in a car seat through was also difficult with all the glass things being so close together.

Every time I am in the States I have to go here because I love everything except the service. I am a German citizen and I am not used to get the bill already while I just start my meal. It always feels like they want to rush us out of the restaurant.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service and cold food at this location. We were so excited to see that the restaurant was not crowed. However our excitement disappeared after having to look for the waitress for everything. The turning point for me was that our food was served COLD. Then you are offered the convenience of paying by scanning your receipts. Don’t do this if you want to comment on the service because there is no survey code. Luckily I purchased items from the store and used the survey code on the recipient. I don’t think that mattered either because Cracker Barrel has not acknowledged receipt of my survey. Good luck!

Pancakes have no flavor and are just mushy. Gravy is just white flower with pepper with VERY little to no sausage. I keep going back hoping for better but you know the definition of insanity, doing same thinks over and over and respecting different results. Probably will not go back. Also floors were sticky need mopping

My daughter and I ordered food from this location, and it was ok. We arrived and checked in via the link in my email and we sat in the parking lot for over almost 10 minutes. My daughter decided to go into the restaurant to get our curbside order and while she was inside, the gentleman brought our order outside and he was apologetic for taking so long and because of his kindness…I can overlook that issue. When we got home to eat our food, we were disappointed because we order Country Friend steak and the home style chicken and french toast, but we didn’t get the second meal…we got 2 country fried steak meals and the food was cold! Highly disappointed because we should have got what we ordered. I may or may not return to this location in the future.

Came in this locatiin for the 3rd timein last month. Last 2 were great! This time 12:15, 06/06/2023 asked for a window seat was told they only had seats for 2 by the greeter. After entering the seating area was only 1/3rd full with plenty double tables and a few window seats available! After we were seated at a tiny table we removed of the items on the table to a empty double table beside us only to have the same greeter come by and move them back to the small table! Got up and left and will not return! Terrible customer service by the greeter. I’ve been a manager in retail 25 years , would fire her on the spot!
