First off instead of seating a group of 4 at a table by itself, we were seated next to a group that made our dining atmosphere experience crowded.
Sure this may be policy but it’s a bad policy. No plates were brought out with biscuits, so we had to eat off napkins.
Then, when our food was brought out, only part of my son’s order was brought out. So he said something and it was later brought out.
Also policy to not have napkin dispenser at table is ridiculous.
Overall not horrible service but definitely needs some fine tuning.
Server was kind, not horrible; but definitely could be more on top of things.
Oh yeah and their were flies flying around

Everything was PERFECT! We came in around 10:00 a.m. for brunch. We both ordered the $10 pancake breakfast, which consists of two pancakes, egg and bacon or sausage, along with biscuits. Our food was brought out quickly and to order. Heather B our server was the best. We so much enjoyed meeting her. Everything was served up with a warm smile and a, “Can I get you anything else?”. It was a delightful time dining here this morning (June 29, 2025).

The “Country Boy Breakfast” was amazing with over medium eggs that couldn’t be cooked any more perfectly, a hash brown cassarole that was exactly what my palate needed and sirloin tips that could be considered a little bland but still very much beef. My server was terrible. I would have rather not even had her come to the table because everytime we spoke she would exaggeratedly say “Huh?” and I would have to repeat myself again, sometimes twice. I speak clearly and consisley and there is no way that was necessary every time we coversed. It got to the point I felt like saying “No, I don’t want anything from you. Please stay away from me.” The ladies that did the seating were amazing and I did eye one particular waitress that had amazing footwork and great service for the other tables but unfortunately I wasn’t in her area. I greatly enjoyed the unsweet tea and probably would’ve stayed and spent at least a few more dollars if it hadn’t been for such poor communication with my table waitress.

The worst food order ever received from a Cracker Barrel. The grilled chicken, was literally “rubbery” (probably microwaved) and cold with a barbecue flavored dry rub instead of the normal tasty grilled flavor they once served. The fried potatoes I ordered were so over cooked and only barely warm but, were so hard and tasteless. I was very disappointed. I could not eat it-it was awful. I spoke to management, thankfully, they did adjust my bill and I left.
The biscuits were the only item that was decent for consumption. Even the fried apples did not taste good.

We’ve been to cracker barrel a lot over the years…often when traveling…and typically for breakfast. We love the familiarity and the vibe and poking around at all the cute stuff either before or after our meal. We stopped here for dinner on the way home from a trip to memphis because it was convenient and on the way. It was TERRIBLE lol. The service was fine, and the restaurant itself was what you’d expect, but they were out of everything my husband and I wanted to order (3 different entree items!) We were kind of laughing about it…as we’re the servers, bit seriously, that shoukd have been our sign to just go elsewhere. I ended up ordering chicken friend chicken because that’s a pretty basic staple. It wasn’t what i wanted because my other choice was unavailable…it was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was way over cooked and rubbery, the coating tasted slightly burned and greasy and the gravy was congealed and flavorless. The whole meal was luke warm at best. I had a couple of bites … and a piece of peanut butter toast for dinner when we got home. Do yourself a favor and maybe stick with breakfast here or pass this one by for a different option!

They didn’t have the campfire steak lunch I had seen online, I had shown the server what I was talking about online but he didn’t know anything about it.. so I decided to order the chicken strips meal. The chicken was cold and dry. They offered to remake my food but my lunch break was almost over so I paid for my food that I couldn’t eat and threw it in the trash when I got to work.
Very disappointed. I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in almost three years for similar reasons. The lady at the desk suggested I get the app so I can leave a review and get a free dessert but I won’t be back so there’s no need for all that. don’t waste your time or your money.

Ordered a trio sampler ( chicken dumplings , meatloaf and fried chicken with pintos, greens and cornbread) as a Togo order as I was only passing thru and wanted a good country Sunday lunch.One of my entree choices was unavailable (the dumplings) and I was offered a double portion of one of the other items (I chose double meatloaf). I did not receive the replacement and I received a side I didn’t request (a baked sweet potato) or any bread with my meal.
As for the food quality. The meatloaf was very tasty but you could tell the chicken wasn’t freshly fried. The sides were lackluster and you could also tell they were not only from a can but rewarmed several times. Over all, it’s Cracker Barrel they are known anyway for home cooking that just barely gets you home but it’s mostly acceptable. I give this location an overall rating of 6. And I will go again, I’ll just make sure my order is correct before leaving.

I came to pick up an order for door dash for a customer who usually tips very well. So my order was supposed to be picked up by 420pm and at 440pm I’m still waiting on customers food! I had asked 4 different employees to check on my order for me and was told by each employee that it was being prepared. Just a few more minutes! Yes that was an untruth. There was actually another customer waiting on pickup since 3:15pm! He was not very happy. Neither was i, to say the I,. I will not be accepting any more orders from cracker barrel bc it made my ratings look bad and also made me miss out on a tip that I could have had, if the customer had gotten his order in a reasonable amount of time! And to top that off, when I asked for some napkins, I was told, if the customer asked for it, then it was in the bag. I’m like well there are none in the bag. So when I was told then there weren’t any napkins, I’m like really!!!? You can’t give me any napkins bc the customer didn’t specify napkins in his order? You can form you own opinion as to whether or not you decide to eat here, but for me, I’m done.

A very nice restaurant. Good food and folksy atmosphere. We were seated quickly and had a great waitress. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience eating at any Cracker Barrel and always look forward to having meals there, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
