Ok, yes the basement was creepy but you have to go see it. The elevator shaft scared the bejesus out of me! The fact that it used to be an old department store made the perfect posh atmosphere. Then the food… it was amazing! Pizza was delicious and the Chefs board was fantastic! Now, let me tell you about these French fries!! Some of the best I’ve ever had! They were cut like a little scoop so one end was crispy while the other was melt in your mouth goodness with three paring sauces made these my favorite! Seasoned to perfection. Go check this place out! I’ll be back! And until we meet again my little friends in the basement……cheers!

One of my favorite spots in downtown Phoenix. This place is a staple with good food, drinks, and view. The vibe is second to none and I enjoy my visits. This is a great place to hang out with friends or bring a date. The art around the building adds another layer of mystery and entertainment.

What an amazing restaurant! I had the beet salad with grilled shrimp and it was fantastic. My granddaughter had the BLT on Ciabatta with fruit on the side and she loved it. The Ambiance in this place is wonderful.

This place is very calming and relaxing, but it does have some pros and cons… this is my first time coming to this location when we first walked in there is a big sign that clearly says “wait to be seated.” no one was standing up there so we waited for about 5-10 minutes. Finally a bartender had to end up getting someone to take us to sit sown. After like five minutes our waitress came over. She was a young lady, but she had a little attitude she was trying to rush us to order or like when we had questions she would cut us off like let us finish asking the question…. But I did notice they ended up switching the waiter to someone else! Which I’m so thankful for the drink was OK but it was not worth spending $17^ for but the food was pretty good. The only thing I did not like was the steak sandwich is not cooked well done so it does have pink in the middle. The pros is. It’s a really nice ambience. It’s dark. It’s spaced out it wasn’t that packed & they have good food. the cons are some of your employees, Need some better training! Also I noticed some tables have been reserved, but you can also ask you guest if they want to sit at the bar or in the front area.

Four of us ate out on a Saturday night that was just perfect. I requested to see a few different seating areas that had us ending up by the window looking out on to the busy streets which was pretty cool. Those drinking loved their drinks, several got some flatbreads they said we’re really good and I love love loved my mushroom chicken with grilled carrots and potatoes (as seen in the picture). I think the whole meal and drinks for 4 people was about $150 before tip so not bad at all. I would highly recommend this place for a first date or a night out with those special someone’s!

The appetizer was fine, nothing special and looked a little thrown together. The sandwiches we had were really great. The brown butter cake was amazing. The hostess was really nice but our waitress lost interest in us when she saw we were not drinking. The doll museum in the basement is creepy, but that’s what it is meant to be. The music was a little loud for us. I think if you were drinking it would be a really great. As a non-drinker it was pretty good.

They are expensive and the food is ok, but you more-so pay for the atmosphere or history of the place. Our waiter was very kind and helped us pick out drinks we enjoyed. Don’t forget to go down to the basement while you’re there!

This place has a really cool vibe and even has an interesting display in the basement. The bathroom area on the second floor is unique. We were able to get seated quickly when we stopped in late in the evening.
