Used Uber Eats. Order took one hour to arrive when only the distance is 3-5 mi s away. Which is more than likely why the food was cold. We usually dine-in but decided to order. Gave three stars because we know they have great breakfast and the quality was because it took so long for arrive.

Good food at fair prices. The breakfast choices felt endless and all in the party were very satisfied by the appearance, flavor and portions of their meals. Service was friendly but very, very slow. The short stop to grab breakfast off I-55 turned into nearly 2 hours. I expected one hour but not two. This just extended an already long day of driving.

Service was great , music was loud with all the talking and people made it hard to talk to my husband and to hear. Food was great except the sliced tomatoes and they didn’t have turkey bacon anymore. And no biscuits were offered . But it may vary by location.. store was clean well stocked and waitress very attentive.

It was very clean and the waiter was so nice. The food was fresh and hot it was so Good. I had the country boy breakfast, with a strawberry lemonade. And my fiance had grandma breakfast with a sweet tea. And the best part of it all is that cracker barrel paid for our meals. And just ask that we paid forward. We are so grateful. And will pay it forward. Thank you for such a great morning.

Horrible Experience!! Horrible waitress 5 stars on apron not sure how she earned. Took hour for food. Fried chicken was fried so hard you couldn’t eat the skin. My hamburger state was burned around edges and hard to cut. Asked for mustard was bought ketsup so had to ask second time. Also asked for jelly for biscuits bought us 3 for 3 people. Asked 2 different employees to speak to manager and the manager NEVER CAME OUT TO SPEAK TO ME!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!! LOUSY SERVICE, FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE!!!!

The waitress did the absolute best she could. I should’ve know when the wait was twice as long as they said it would be rough but dang. We ordered pretty much soon as we sat down and it it took an hour and 15 minutes to get the food. I’m blaming piss poor management

Horrible service , I would leave zero stars if I could. Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well , Our waitress Deporia was inattentive , the manager was helpless also – we asked her for silverware since our food was already at the table for more than 10 minutes and we didn’t have any silverware and the only thing she did was said to ask the waitress for them. This places needs training on how to properly do their jobs. I also saw an employee coming out of the restroom and she didn’t wash her hands . Will never be back here.

The food was delicious, but the server we had was rushing us to place our order. There were 4 of us, and we waited on her to come serve us for about 15 to 20 minutes! Then, once she arrived, she was rushing us, so I didn’t order anything. I ended up eating at Longhorn steakhouse.

Shari and decided to go to lunch here today with a gift card Cracker barrel sent me. I got the catfish one fried and one grilled spicy with okra and carrots. Shari got the hamburger steak which did not look appetising to me with hashbrown casserole and veggies. The kitchen took a good bit, but that seems to be the norm. Our server thought he would save time and table visits by doubling up on out drinks right away. The meal was good minus the okra which was obviously cooked and sitting in a warmer, for it was most chewy and I did not eat. Shari I reckon enjoyed her meal. The server assumed we were done and dropped the bill off and was not gonna stop back by and hardly did so anyway. We finally got him by and ordered peach cobbler and apple pie to go, which I guess means no ice cream. I paid which took 15 plus minutes for them to figure out how to use the e-gift card and home we went.
