Cracker Barrel is still a comfy, old-school stop and I’m glad they haven’t modernized the vibe. I am disappointed the Sunrise Sampler is gone. Service was friendly, food came out hot, and I like that they’ve added alcohol to the menu. Still a reliable place for a relaxed meal.

The corn was dry and my potatos had mac and cheese noodles in it. When we talk to the manager he looked as if we planted it and no one on the table ordered Mac and cheese. Then he just offered to take the sweet tea of the bill as though we were trying to get some money off the tab. We told him that was not the case. We just wanted to inform him of the problem.

We were wondering why on a Saturday around dinner time the parking lot was empty. Well now we know. 10 minutes after being sat with an empty restaurant and our waitress finally came over to get our drink order. We are a party of 5 and she brings out two biscuits while we wait for our food. Brought out appetizer with no plates. We had two people order fried chicken. A table sat down after us, after we ordered, and they are eating fried chicken. Our waitress comes over to us and tells us that it will be another 20 minutes until the fried chicken comes out. We have now been sitting here for 45 minutes. She said it’s because they are trying to give us fresh chicken.,, as we watch the table that sat down after us eat their fried chicken. Service is incredibly slow especially for an empty restaurant. We used to love to come here. So sad to see a place go downhill like this. Still waiting for our food to come out. Might have to update here in a little bit.

The reason I have to only give a 3 star is because three things that we wanted. They ended up being out of rice,corn muffins and the chocolate cake that we wanted. But other than that, everything was good. Our waitress was very nice. Food was good and hot.

One of the best Cracker Barrel’s in the mid-south area. ALWAYS friendly. ALWAYS more than accommodating and the food is correct and hot every time. The biscuits never fail to be soft and fresh. Prompt service— the servers are amazing y’all! Thank you for such a nice experience EVERY TIME! 🙂

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. There were four of us, and we each ordered our own meal. After about 15 minutes, the waitress comes back just to tell me that the Sunday special — Chicken Pot Pie — is sold out. Seriously?
She brought out everyone else’s food except mine, and I ended up sitting there waiting almost half an hour while my friends were already done eating. Super awkward, super frustrating. No apology, no discount, no nothing. They still charged full price like nothing happened.
Honestly, what really gets me is knowing the restaurant’s response will probably be something like, “We’re sorry for your experience and we’ll try to do better next time,” followed by a bunch of blah blah blah.
No thanks. I’m not holding my breath for any kind of compensation. If you’re planning to eat here — good luck. You’ve been warned.

Since the new CEO tried to make changes, the food quality has become terrible!! We got the fried Pork chops and they were so thin and cooked so long, it was like chewing flavored boot leather!! The mashed potatoes were dry and no flavor. The biscuits…..these are small hockey picks that look a little like a biscuit!?!!! What happened to the nice fluffy ones we used to get?? This is my second return since the change and I will not be back!! They should just close their doors! There were very few people eating there at 6 pm and we used to have a waiting list. Terrible!!

It is always a pleasure visiting Cracker Barrel. My breakfast is always delicious! Service is exceptional. The home decor retail items leave me speechless. After many visits, I am running out of good to express. (Good breakfast and retail therapy in the same location) I love Cracker Barrel. I can’t think of a better way to start the day.
