We decided to have an early dinner and Cracker Barrel was just across the road from our hotel so why not! Usually I have a comfort meal like meat loaf or chicken when I go to Cracker Barrel so decided to try something different so I tried the fried catfish dinner. It was so delicious. And a nice heaping portion. Good wait service ended up being a great experience. Cracker Barrel comes through again.

Went all five days we visited, for breakfast, every server was very pleasant, some faster than others lol, food was great, coffee was wonderful, fire was amazing, the only complaint was, Even though they were never that busy, I mean they weren’t packed, I felt like they were trying to move me along, like servve him, send him, I did not over stay my welcome by any means, but once I got my bill, it was like, time to go, other then that, love the place, hang on, there’s still people who enjoy Cracker barrel!

BEST CRACKER BARREL EVER! The food was delicious, the wait staff friendly (shout out to our amazing waitress Angie – she was the best!) and overall a fantastic experience. Service was quick and we even bought some inexpensive things from the gift shop. Will be eating here again!

We arrived at 5, parking lot was empty, and was told we arrived before the dinner rush. They were correct when we left the parking had filled up.
David B, our server was excellent. The food was delicious! I had chicken dumplings and my husband had breakfast.
The manager came by to check on us.
This will be our goto Cracker Barrel when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Atmosphere was great. Food was a bit on the cold side. Waitress was great. When we checked out you have the option to give a rating, before we had the chance to enter it the cashier turned the screen and entered the rating herself. When asked why she would not respond, just shrugged. That is not a good way to get an accurate rating and shows poor customer service.

The food was good except for the meatloaf, I have no clue why but it’s like a 50 / 50 chance of having a not burnt meatloaf from any Cracker Barrel I go to from Tennessee to where I live in NC. I would never let burnt food leave the kitchen, the meat was alright but the sauce was not “saucy” which is what makes the meatloaf, it was basically a crusty burnt top.

Our waiter did a good job and was funny! Good food as usual. Blue berry pancakes were awesome and grind chicken very good.

Service is great. Our waitress was fantastic. Food is awesome. Best of all, it’s one of the locations that hasn’t been messed with. Love the original decor and setup.
Only suggestion: hire some good, reliable and responsible staff. There was open seating all around us, but a wait to be seated anywhere from 25-45 minutes. I know good help is difficult to find, but it Can be done.

I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in 20 years and i forgot how good these meals are! I ordered the chicken and dumplins and my wife got the country fried steak. Both meals were very tasty with generous portions at a great price. Our server was a very sweet older lady. Great experience!

The food was delicious as always. The service was great. Our waitress was fantastic, I don’t remember her name, but she was so sweet My husband & I both had the Momma’s Pancake breakfast, I had pecans added to my pancakes, because anytime you can add pecans to something it makes it taste even better, just my humble opinion.
