Food is prepared quickly and well on most occasions. The line is not usually long. The pretzels are good, but there is not enough seating.

Very disappointed. Auntie Anne’s locations in Potomac Mills Mall refused to honor my pretzel offer, claiming they were no longer accepting it because they had already taken too many earlier in the day. There was no notice posted and no explanation given in advance. If an offer can be refused at will, it shouldn’t be promoted in the first place. This was frustrating and unprofessional.

I can’t eat butter, so I always ask them to please make a fresh batch of pretzel bites and add oil instead of butter with cinnamon sugar. I also tip because I understand this takes an extra couple of minutes for them. I just ordered this last week at the exact same location. Damari insisted they cannot add oil to the cinnamon sugar bites. I asked for a plain cinnamon pretzel with oil and for a side of cinnamon sugar to do it myself. I don’t understand what the difference is and why they couldn’t just do the order I always get as usual at this location. She is clearly a new employee.

They regularly only have the large nuggets available and never the smaller size. They also frequently will be completely out of the regular pretzel, (least expensive item). They frequently aren’t even working on making new ones. They don’t even offer; they’ll just flat out tell you “we don’t have that. This is what we have right now.” It has gotten to the point that I have allowed coupons to expire because I know for a fact that if I go to the Potomac Mills store, they will force me into using the coupons to buy the most expensive menu items because that’s all they’ll have available. So they’re just not getting my business at all which means Auntie Anne’s as an entire company is not getting my business.

This review is for the main location near Aldos/TJMaxx area.

The pretzels were awful, dried, burnt. They never seem to have enough stock. I‘ve waited 15 minutes for a pretzel one time. Recently when I visited, two of the employees seemed to have issues with one younger staff (I think she might have been new), but from the customers POV it almost seemed like they were hazing her. The line was ridiculous and the poor girl was doing everything—taking orders, giving orders, getting drinks and pretzels, talking with customers. And I think she was fairly new. The other two just watched from their baking and prep stations moving at a glacial pace refusing to assist in any form. They just kept glaring at her. Finally when the line got to a point where it was unmanageable, one of the older ladies approached the register with reluctance.

All that drama for some dried crisped pretzel.

I just got a meal for $7.19 I also asked for a cup of water, but server Rosa replied that she didn’t have any water to give. Great place & food, but it makes them look bad with an employee such as Rosa. Worst experienced ever…

the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I approached the counter, the cashier’s attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging my presence, they seemed annoyed that I was even there.

When I politely asked for a bit of assistance and requested the cashier to be nicer, the situation deteriorated rapidly. Not only did they refuse to help me, but they also outright denied the service I needed. Their tone was condescending, and it felt as if they were going out of their way to be uncooperative.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see such behavior from someone in a customer service role. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to avoid this place as well. They clearly do not value their customers or basic decency.

Waited for a longest time to get pretzel dogs. When finally got them, they had more dough than the sausage.
Food is great, but there is a room for improvement…
We got 11 dogs out of 14…

Service is awful, very disappointed. I ask for the sweet almond pretzel for grandbabies and they told me it was a discontinued item, most likely they don’t wanted to make my order, I asked the cashier since when cause the menu it’s promoting the item. I would like to someone explain to me how that corporation/ franchisee operates and train their staff.
