Food is great. Staff is helpful as well. We order AT LEAST 2 times a month. However, the website to order online has not been going through. I hope that is fixed soon. Once it stole my rewards points and I was not able to get them back and they didn’t even receive the order I placed online.

Ordered online at 4:50 pm said 60-75 minutes which was fine bc it is Sunday w the Bears playing. However I get a text at 5:54 saying delivery is on the way be here at 6:14, as I keep checking it’s now changed to 6:36pm so I call to find out what’s going on. I get told it should b here any minute. Get another text shortly after saying my delivery was cancelled so I call again …. Manager says she had to call me back, at this point I’m just wanting to cancel the whole order as it’s almost been 2 hours now, but I nvr got the chance to say anything bc she hung up on me. After 15 more minutes she calls and says that my ticket came in with the rush of other orders and it should have said 90 minutes, even tho now we are going on 120 minutes. She says that the driver is on his way back and I am first delivery. I told her I didn’t want it if if was cold she said it was not. Two hours and 17 minutes later no discount no apology no nothing except a very cold pizza. Will never order again.

We have only ever had Rosati‘s pizza to go. This is the first actual eat in restaurant that we have ever been to. The restaurant itself was very clean on the inside and the outside. On warmer days they do have outside table seating. The pizza was fantastic. My husband and son loved the flaky buttery crust that they had and they said everything tasted very fresh. They had a thin crust, cheese pizza with pepperoni. I have the chopped salad and french fries which were both great. Everything came out correctly, fresh hot and quickly.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Absolutely enjoyed the food and indoor atmosphere. The servers and hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. An additional A+++ for the beautiful scenic outdoor patio overlooking the lake. My highest recommendation for anyone looking for new restaurants in the area.
