I used my DoorDash app to order, and my order was a disaster. I am pregnant, and I ordered scrambled eggs, and please take a look at the pictures. The amount of eggs is just ridiculous. I ordered two sides of grits (one with my order and one separately) and I got NO grits at all! I paid for express delivery and got my order like an hour later. I am not ordering from here anymore. This is just sad and bad customer service! It is easy to just put whatever on a plate when you are not the one paying

My Brother and I went to eat lunch here. He had the Meatloaf I had the Skillet sirloin steak with grilled chicken Broccoli and Corn. 1st time ever having this dish. I wasn’t disappointed at all the steak was cooked the exact way I asked. The chicken was juicy the Broccoli and corn was good also. And 2 top off the good meal we had a fantastic server by the name of Lauren S. She is AWESOME!!! Great personality she kept checking and refilling my coffee without even asking. She’s a asset to Cracker Barrel and she’s the reason why i keep coming back. There’s also another Server I would like 2 recognize. Her name is Samantha she waited on me the last time I was there. She was new and her 1st day. She did very good for her 1st day. Please keep and recognize these 2 great Servers. Thank you very much.

I love Cracker Barrel because I love a big breakfast. This place certainly provides that. The staff is as nice as can be. I have been to this particular one alot. I didn’t give it the full stars because the food quality is not consistent. A couple of times, the food has been cold or undercooked. If you’re not satisfied, they will gladly bring you another dish, but then it’s awkward, and who has the time. Early mornings during the week is best. On the weekends past 9-10 am..bring a book.

Placed a pick up order Friday night. Guy taking my payment was Alex. Sort of friendly, but chatty with everyone. Paid and stood next to the counter while waiting on my food to come out. Alex starts into a discussion with the other cashier and another lady who works there. I see a to go order arrive and they put it in the waiting area, which I am standing next to by the way. Alex continues his conversation with the other two ladies, laughing and having a good time. More than once, I catch eyes with each of them, as I”m standing next to the “to go” order area, and there is a to go order sitting there. I look and it is my order. However, I want to see just how long Alex and the ladies will continue their conversation, instead of showing some customer service. Mind you, once in the past I tried to take my to go order from the tray that holds them and was told only an employee can touch them on the tray. After 5 minutes, I asked the three completely oblivious employees if I might be able to have my dinner that’s been sitting on the to go tray for five minutes. The other two ladies scatter and Alex gets my order and says “Oh sorry.” Terrible service and attention to your customers Alex!!!
