If you visit this store you have to come when Maria the manager is working. She’s great, she’s on top of her service to the customer. I did online order and she waited to add the fries until I got there. When I got there she attended me asap and gave me all the condiments I wanted. Great service, hospitality, and very friendly. Well definitely come back, I recommend this place, Ms. Maria is great. David G.

This Burger King was really really good! The burger was hot and tasty like it was fresh off the grill! All the food was definitely a 10/10!!!!! My first time EVER having fast food that was this fresh and enjoyable! Thank you all for doing a great job and serving happy customers in the community!!

We visit this BK over our local one in Youngwood because the speed in which you get your food is so much faster. Workers are nice, my order is always correct when I receive it (that’s saying something for Fast Food in today’s world) and their kids place area is usually clean.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. The sweet tea was excessively sweet and undrinkable. They gave us 1 wrong sandwich. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and we got a bacon, egg and cheese one. How hard is it to get 2 sandwiches right?

If I could leave negative stars I would. I have never gotten a correct order there which is why I never go but my coworker was hungry for Burger King so I agreed. Got a new Bbq Brisket Burger and when I lifted the bun to look at it, it had NO brisket, NO cheese, NO bacon, a sprinkle of bottom of the basket crispy onions and one slice of tomato. NEVER AGAIN !!!! $17 plus tax and I was so mad I threw it in the trash. NO ONE takes pride in the work they do any more. I truly hope they shut that place down.

Service here is horrible. Employees are either really nice and just not trained properly, or really rude and unwilling to help.
I asked for two packets of sauce after picking up my order, and they were THROWN onto my tray without care. Mean woman at the counter (I’m assuming manager) constantly yells at her employees who are working hard. Same person who threw the sauce packets, I think.
Bathroom urinal looked like a coral reef was growing in it.
Play room is closed which sux 😛 but when it’s open it usually stinks, so I guess that’s why they closed it.
Overall, I didn’t feel like I Ruled ™️ during my stay here at the Kingdom ™️. :,(

Fuck Head
Foul and disgusting. The whole place is covered in grease that has been there since they opened. The manager is constantly ripping the employees to pieces. Maybe you should learn how to get the order right instead of worrying about speed. It is astonishing how this Burger King stayed open. This whole building should be closed down and condemned. Anytime I order food from here, it makes me sick. I have tried this place three different times, and it never fails to disappoint. To the management: learn how to respect and appreciate the people who are working for you. Your treatment of them is absolutely abhorrent.
