We came here for dinner. Plenty of parking around the building. We looked around the store for a few minutes because there was no wait to get in. The store and restaurant were clean and the staff was friendly. Our waitress was not on top of things. She came quickly to greet us and take our drink order. She came back 10 minutes later without the drinks to tell us there was no lemonade as she apologized. She took our food order and got distracted by someone that walked into the restaurant as she shouted “Here comes trouble” three times before remembering she was taking our order. Once she came back to reality she finished our orders and said she would be back in a minute with our drinks. Twenty minutes later we got our drinks almost thirty minutes after ordering them. Luckily, the food came out a few minutes after the drinks so we didn’t wait long to eat.

Ordered food to go. Part of the order was for two peach cobblers. 5 dollars each. In one order all we got one was peach sliver and the other had 3. No crust, no nothing. When called to tell the manager, we were offered to come back and she would replace them but no refund. So basically we got 4 slivers of peaches for 10 dollars. Never will go to the murrells inlet CB again. The Myrtle beach a few miles north is so much better

Stopped in for a late evening meal. Store was not busy at all but still waited several minutes before we were seated. Same young man that seated us came back to take our order. We requested cornbread with our order but were told they didn’t have any. Got biscuits instead but they were cold. When our dinner order came out the roast beef was barely warm and under cooked. My wife then opted for the country fried steak as a replacement which also came out warm and under cooked. Side dishes did taste okay but were served barely warm. We have eaten at the Murrells Inlet location often in the past and always enjoyed it. But the last few visits were not so pleasant. The quality of the food and service has declined in recent months. Love eating at Cracker Barrel Stores but we don’t plan on eating at the Murrells Inlet location ever again!

Got in about 730pm and had breakfast. Our waiter Jack was awesome and super polite. Manager let us park the RV overnight. Keep the lot clean and no chairs outside and keep a low profile and they will probably welcome you!

After a long days trip, we stopped here. Ordered fish. It looked like a fish to throw back in the water because it was a baby. we were very disappointed. The baked potato was not done, and the green beans that were from a can had no flavor. It’s our last trip there. M. Solomon

If I could give this a zero, I would but one is the lowest the scale goes. I usually love Cracker Barrel but this one was horrible. First, I have a dietary restriction and the waitress didn’t know about their allergens menu. Second, our meal did not arrive for 45 minutes after ordering when it was not that busy. Third after we ordered a person in my party received a raw hamburger steak when ordered well done. Fourth, we didn’t see our waitress except for bringing meals and didn’t receive refills on our drinks. Fifth, we asked for knives because we were not provided them and the waitress argued with us about a knife shortage and about them all being dirty therefore we weren’t able to eat our meals. Finally, we asked for the manager on that day and she argued with us and made excuses. This was an absolutely horrific dinner experience!

Each time we revisit this particular restaurant every year, it sadly gets a lower rating. Service not very friendly or fast. Had to ask for certain items that should have been automatically brought to table. Food quality was just ok.

Today…. on Christmas eve… it was fantastic!!! Loved the atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious!! We go here often. They never disappoint. Even though they were closing early they still kept excellent service!!

My partner and I went to eat here one day for dinner, the hostess was nice and sat us down, our server seemed like he was either new or having a bad day, he spilled part of our food on the table and just left it there, and we sat with empty cups for a long time before he finally came over and filled them. My food was sorta decent but I saw that my partners burger was still pink on the inside and looked undercooked, turns out he ended up throwing up that night because of it!

Let’s see, where do I start. The food was very bland at best. My mother in-law and my chicken and dumplings came out with one tiny piece of chicken each. The server quickly corrected the issue. My fried chicken was tough and hardly any flavor. My mother in-law’s meatloaf was so dry she couldn’t eat it. It looked like it had been microwaved and then baked again. My bacon mac and cheese came out with no bacon that I paid $2 extra dollars for. The server corrected that quickly, but it came out in a tiny bowl with about 10 little bacon bits and 3 green onion pieces. The kids burgers were so dry. My wife’s cheesy bacon home fried chicken was missing half the ingredients that were suppose to come on top. The mashed potatoes has about a tea spoon of gravy. Overall I will never recommend this place and I will never be back again. Not to mention the overpriced toys that they trap the kids with on the way out. Never again!
