If your going to have curbside then need to have a person who is running for curbside. And have better instructions. On the app it says you dont have to call to state that your there. To enter in your spot number. What is the sole purpose of the company sending out the email to say what space your in. Then when my food comes out its cold. Either cut the curbside or do better. Ima just stick with waffle house or Perkins.

My wife ordered chicken fried chicken, a favorite and a classic at cracker barrel. They brought her grilled chicken, I think it was. I’m not even sure. Then they brought out fried chicken with no sides to make you for it. Really? Then they brought out her salad. Yes in that order. Then, cause no it’s not done yet, they brought out a bowl of gravy that should have been on the mashed potatoes she never got!!!

Super upset. The food was fine and our server was great, but the restaurant was disgusting and the young people working there were so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The lady who sat us didn’t give any of the people in our section silverware, so the waiters/waitress’ were having to run back and get it for everyone. the silverware was dirty and they gave us biscuits with no plates or silverware (we asked and got it after). I feel so bad for the older gentleman working, as he was super stressed and upset with the “help” of the staff as well. the managers were walking around but somehow didn’t see the frustration and chaos? also it took 2 hours for 5 pancakes and 2 servings of hashbrown casserole. We were constantly wondering if we would even get our food or if we should leave, but we understood it was busy. Overall upset and hope the people actually working get better, as they definitely deserve it.

I stopped by this store on my way home this evening, and I had to wait for a host to show up for 10 or so minutes. Eventually, a server came and greeted me and the others in line. I got to my table and it was still somewhat dirty- not really this biggest issue but mighty inconvenient. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries. I also got a side of beignets, and they were so terribly cinnamony. The only issue with the food that I had was the literal hair on the plates. My server, Alexis, was absolutely wonderful and such a sweetheart. She was beyond understanding and did amazing. While I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, I would always recommend her.

This was a very disappointing experience. I understand that businesses may sometimes face staffing shortages; however, the service was clearly overwhelmed, as only one employee was handling the floor. Although she was doing her best, it was too much for one person to manage alone.
I waited an hour or more for my food, and when it was served, it was not hot. Additionally, I had specifically requested no green or red peppers, yet the dish still included both. While I was frustrated, I removed the peppers and ate the meal.
It was concerning to see two employees at the front entrance adding people to the waiting list, when one person could have handled that task while the other assisted on the floor. Meanwhile, one employee was running back and forth trying to assist all customers. If the establishment is short-staffed, the team should work together to better support both employees and customers.

Cracker Barrel was walking distance to our hotel. Fairly busy, but our party of 3 was seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive and took our order within 10 minutes. 2 of us ordered the Friday fish special and the fried chicken salad. After about 30 minutes, the waitress told us the kitchen was slower than normal and brought us cornbread and biscuits. Our order arrived after an hour wait. It was hot, but the steak fries were undercooked. The meal was standard CB fair, not excellent enough for an hour wait. Our waitress was very good.

This was the worst Cracker Barrel service we’ve ever had and the worst service we’ve had at any restaurant it a long time. The server was friendly WHEN he was present but he disappeared for long periods of time. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. We watched at least 4 other tables sit down, eat, then leave before we got our food. It took an hour to get our first refill! They forgot one of our items and I had to track down someone for our check and boxes or I don’t think we would have ever been given it. Other people seemed happy but we got seated in the worst section and practically forgotten.

The host was very helpful. She sat us close to the entrance, assisted in getting my husband safely in his seat and took away chairs to accommodate his walker.
Food was slow, cold and did not taste good. . The hash brown casserole looked like leftovers that were scraped from the bottom of the pan. The scrambled eggs were stone cold. The Sawmill gravy was poorly made, tasted like flour and lacked any other flavor. It ruined the original entree. The refire was put on the bottom of the pile so people were leaving the table and I hadn’t gotten my food. So we had to get it to go
The server, Suzanne?, was awesome. She kept checking in on us, refilling drinks and keeping us up to speed on the replacement entree.
The store was pleasant looking but very crowded. It was difficult navigating to the bathroom with a walker. The cashier was exuberant and made checking out fun.

Picked up my Thanksgiving dinner a day early and had lunch. My server was Miss Donna. She was amazing. Her attitude and service were top notch. My husband had the meatloaf and I had the comforting chicken and dumplings. Both were delicious as were the fried apples and the carrots.
Looking forward to just heating up delicious homemade tasting turkey, etc on Thanksgiving.

They never give you the amount of condiments ordered for togo. As a customer who’s playing extra for said condiments, I would appreciate the correct amount. Get your staff together Cracker Barrel! Do better!
