First time trying their chicken, after driving past it for 4 years. Ordered 10 wing basket with Cajun seasoning. Wings were warm, not hot at all, and tasted below average compared to other locations I’ve tried. A zero score had to go to their French Fries! They were Cold and Stale, didn’t eat them. Not worth the drive to exchange them either. On a positive note, the Wings were meaty, just missed the mark with its preparation and how they’re served. First and last time I’ll go there. Ruby’s Wings is #1 every time. My loss, but glad I finally tried it.

Ordered 20pc Cajun chicken wings and 2 large sweet teas. Not only was the service friendly and upbeat, they gave us a large order of fries also, free of charge, and the food was really delicious. Reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

So very sad to share this update. Just wasted $50. Got the wings home and noticed an immediate change in the look and taste of the wings. Called to ask if they changed their sauce and was told yes. It is very bad and won’t be back unless they change back. They were the best. So sad!

Food was great. Fresh even. But the snobby attitudes from the people in the windows were insane. Very short with the older lady that was in front of me when she was ordering when she just needed a little help and before I could even finish my order they cut me off. Then when you get to the window, they just look at you like your an inconvenience. I use to love this place and still do but every time my boyfriend says something about going here I always give it the cold shoulder. And it’s always because of the workers. It’s just not the same anymore. Ever since the original owner passed, it’s just gone downhill. There’s nothing special about it, the hospitality is gone. It’s just become another basic fast food restaurant.

It’s been a few years since we went there. Tonight we ordered two 5 piece fish dinners a 5 piece chicken dinner. They don’t skimp on sauces. The tartar sauce tasted like nothing but mayonnaise. The hushpuppies, fries and okra were soggy. The coleslaw was awful and the beans had no flavor. Was not impressed with the chicken nor the fish. Absolutely no seasoning. The chips! Just plain nasty. Sweet Tea! Not sweet tea. I’m sorry, but I should have just ate a bowl of cereal.

Recently stumbled upon this restaurant. I ordered some fish and chicken strips to try a couple items out. Fish was cooked perfect. Light batter. Chicken was good size pieces. Their sauces seem to be made in house. The honey mustard was worth coming back alone. The icing on the cake was the sweet tea. The owner was there and made sure I had everything I needed and was really friendly.

The new owners have done an amazing job updating and are so friendly!! We’ve gone twice this week (because my kids asked to go back) and waited less than 10 minutes both times with a full line of cars. The food was cooked perfectly both times, and they have kept the original recipes for sauces and strawberry butter!! Highly recommend supporting local, the best chicken you’ll find anywhere in town!
