Terrible lunch service. Restaurant was NOT full, family of 4 had to wait 30 min to be seated, we ordered within 5 minutes then had to wait over an hour for our food. Had to ask for the biscuits and half of my wifes order after being served. Food sat in window long enough to get burnt film on it. Chicken was soggy and a brown color

We went to Cracker Barrel for supper tonight. We got a table within 10 minutes after arriving. We sat there for 10 minutes before I asked when was someone coming to take our drink order. The waitress came and said she didn’t know this was her table. She took our orders. After 35 minutes I asked the Manager as he gave us more drinks were the cooks on break? He said no, let me check. It was a total of 47 minutes before we got our food. It was delicious but took way to long.

Wish I could give zero stars. Second time going here and experiencing racism. We were sat in a section, waited 20 mins. No one came to take our order. A white family comes in, sits directly beside us in the same section and immediately has their drink order taken. Will not be returning to this restaurant and advise all of color to be aware.

We went here after my daughter’s graduation with a party of 8. One of our guests has special requests due to allergies and they made no attempt to assist her with her selection and offered her lettuce. The food came after a good wait and every person’s plate was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and was basically inedible. This is the worst Cracker Barrel we’ve ever been to and I do not recommend this place at all.

We were visiting family for the weekend & this was our first time eating at Cracker Barrel. I love that they have a shop within the restaurant, great stuff to see & buy. I had the stuffed French toast & hash browns & it was soo good! You get such large portions for your $$ I couldn’t even finish my plate. We live in Washington & I wish that they would build one out here, we would go at least once a week! Keep up the wonderful experience you give to your customers

We ordered 3 dinners only two came out then they told my wife they didn’t have what she ordered so she reordered 20 mins later her food came out and everyone else was done eating it was 9:20 and we were already there for 2 hours so she got it to go. She never did eat it , it’s still in the refrigerator here at home. Don’t waste your time going here it not like any other Cracker Barrel , this one needs help.
