Cute place! I loved all the covered bridge images on the walls! I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile and since we were already in Stayton we decided to get breakfast. The Crunchy French Toast was so good I didn’t even use the syrup, the cinnamon roll icing was enough!

Decided to take a little drive and have breakfast outside of Salem and I found myself here. I sat down at my solo table, and had a nice peaceful breakfast with a lot going on around me. I had a great breakfast with amazing potatoes. I went to cash out and someone paid my bill. I was stunned. My server commented that this was my first time in and hopes this was a nice surprise. Just an all around lovely and tasty experience.

Absolutely a wonderful place. I loved the family business atmosphere and the staff, mostly family, were enjoyable. The food was awesome. I have been following them for about a month and saw a daily breakfast special about a month ago. I asked them about it and they said it was a special for that day but would make it for me. It was so good. Will definitely go back even though I love 35 minutes away.

The food was good, but the wait was a bit longer than I expected, because everything is actually handmade to order. This isn’t a fast food restaurant/cafe. It is quality vs. quantity. Be prepared to wait a bit. Service was good.

Got their beeper and went outside to wait for it to go off so we could have brunch. Waited for 45 min watching others go in after us, finally went in and asked what’s the deal? The gal at the front said she beeped us and we never came in. The damn thing never went off..they are loud and you’ll know cuz we heard it all across the rest from where we sat with others coming in the door. She apologized and sat us prompt. We were finally getting to order…food was very good but 1-1/2 hrs to get our food and leave was not the best at all. Prob won’t be back. Not sure the beeper was activated as she tried it at the main desk and it went off..not in our hands it didn’t.
