The Cove is our go-to for pizza, period. Their pizza is always consistent, the dough is fantastic, and we are always pleased with our order. Consistency is a key thing many other pizza establishments are missing, but The Cove has it dialed in, which keeps us coming back.
We have never had any issues with the food, our order, or staff, nor have experienced anything negative, as mentioned in other reviews.
The staff are always friendly and working their hardest to ensure the customers are satisfied. We have not had a single time we’ve entered the restaurant and we’re not greeted by someone behind the counter, same goes for exiting the restaurant.
The Cove has secured our pizza night and we recommend anyone looking for tasty and consistent pizza to give it a try. Thank you all for your hard work!

My wife and I had a sweet tooth and The Cove had the goods. We were greeted at the ice cream bar as soon as we rung the bell. I got a waffle cone and medium scoop of birthday cake (a generous scoop) and my wife got a dish with a small scoop of moose tracks. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The pizzas looked good. We will need to come back for a meal!

Let’s be absolutely clear: this is one of the most filthy, disgusting excuses for a restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The moment I walked inside, there was dust coating surfaces and trash lying around like basic cleanliness is optional. Before we even ordered, the woman at the front counter stared us down with pure hostility for no reason at all—unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely uncalled for.
The food was a total scam. We ordered a few sandwiches and a pizza, and the prices were downright insulting. Nearly $30 for a large pizza is highway robbery when you can walk to Domino’s and get something better for half the price. After an absurd 40-minute wait, our food finally arrived—and it was already ruined. The so-called “hot” sandwiches were stone cold, like they’d been forgotten on a counter.
The pizza was an absolute disaster. A soggy, grease-soaked mess with so much oil that the cheese slid right off the crust. This wasn’t pizza—it was slop. The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can: bland, cheap, and completely lacking any effort or freshness. When I order pizza, I don’t expect a river of grease and canned sauce pretending to be food.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they try to distract from the terrible food with a tiny, sad excuse for an arcade that feels more like an afterthought than an attraction. The ice cream was just as bad—freezer-burnt, stale, and clearly mishandled. Nothing here feels cared for, maintained, or worth the money.
It honestly feels like the only reason Arcadia and The Cove are working together is a blatant cash grab, not quality, not experience, and definitely not customer satisfaction. Everything about this place screams overpriced, low-effort, and poorly run.
Filthy environment, hostile service, outrageous prices, and food that’s barely edible. Save your money, save your appetite, and stay far away from this place.

I’ve eaten here since I was a kid but service especially to go orders have drastically declined in size.. I paid 14$ , on top of 3$ extra for pepperoni just to get two slices , and stuffed with nothing but veggies? Sorry but for a wrap even subway tops this

I worked at a place like this through my 20s. I loved it, probably my favorite job ever. The theme and location here is so awesome! Ive had a lot of pizza, and the cheese pull you get from here is A+. Really tasty thinner pizza crust.

My husband and I stopped by for some ice cream after running errands. There were so many flavors we wanted to try, but there were absolutely no workers anywhere. We waited for around 10 minutes and still no one came to help. As we were leaving without any ice cream, we saw all the staff just hanging out in the back, chatting. Very unprofessional. We won’t be coming back.
