I have been going here for 3 years and never have I ever had the service and food I received yesterday on Sunday September 7,2025 I went I got a 10 piece mix with the 2 sides. First if you get the 10 pc mixed with 3 sides and free 2 liter it’s 25$ and some change. Well I got the 10 pc with 2 sides and paid the exact price I always pay for the one with 3 sides??? I don’t understand why it was the exact same price. Now the chicken had sat out all day it wasn’t fresh I have never received unfreshed chicken before so when I got home and seen this BS I was mad. I’m not coming back I was overcharged and look at this chicken it’s not fresh I had 2 pieces that was fresh and the red was dark and old looking. The lady that waited on me had an attitude I’m not coming back. I guess she thought it was my first time coming but I been coming here 3 years. I’m not coming back. I’m trying to post a picture

I recently visited Luci’s Chicken in Irving and tried their 3-piece chicken. It was absolutely delicious!
The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning.
The portion size was generous and very satisfying. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. If you’re in Irving,
Luci’s Chicken is a must-visit for some amazing fried chicken. Highly recommended!

Delicious food! However, service is rude. We understand it can be overwhelming to serve a big crowd of people, but having to be served by a cashier who rolls her eyes to clients is disappointing. I recommend they hire more staff, so the business won’t lose because of bad service.

Husband asked for 3 thighs…. A Drumstick does not classify as a Thigh….ever.
I had never had Luci’s Onion Rings before today, and I will never have them again.
There is NO ONION in these rings, flavor yes a bit, but in my opinion only onion powder.
These are closer to hush puppy texture that onion rings, but totally gummy. I would rather have hush puppies than these gummy rings!
Luci’s is not as good as they use to be with service, and following directions.
I am becoming very disappointed in them.

Thank you for your wonderful service the Chicken fingers were served hot, tender and juice. We side them with onion rings. Please try the fried rice it’s their specialties.We will be visiting again.

First time at Luci’s Chicken in Rice and I was impressed! Quick drive-thru, great deal on a 5-piece dark meal with two sides for under $10. Chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and delicious. Highly recommend!

The combo meal is good (3 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, fried okra and a drink), but the chicken is a little undercooked, and the coleslaw is not fresh. The only good thing is the price for the combos.
